Terrific stay in a suburban area outside of Barcelona. We successfully used the tram, metro and bus systems to get around Barcelona, but this was not easy. but we loved the quiet setting away from the big city. Found an awesome popular family restaurant a couple blocks away - at the la Avenc "cultural center"- Delicious!

Hand soap was only provided inside shower and sink was outside of bathroom so you had to lean into the shower everytime you needed hand soap and the hotel did not provide single bars of soap for the sink. Woke up to bed bugs all over the bed and felt extremely dirty. No coffee or tea in room. Extremely minimalistic and did not offer basic amenities.

Overall a very nice experience. Friendly staff. The room was a bit small, but big enough for the price. I would suggest anyone to try and get the breakfast included in the room rate if lower than 6€ per day.

Nice Hotel but with some issues!
The room smelled like 20 people smoked in it and the smoke detector had a plastic bag covering it. They vented the room opening the window the entire day and when I came back the room was freezing. That same night the smoke alarm went off around 1 am and was triggered buy a smoker in some other room. They need to do something about people smoking

Front Desk Staff Shara & Ramiro were extremely helpful, courteous, & friendly. Maintenance staff were likewise efficient when assistance for the use of the aircondtioner was needed.

Nice and clean. The frontdesk receptionist was Really nice. And helped us with the reservation. We got there Really late and they had to cancel my first reservation because of my credit card, but they were nice and helped us, and we got the same reversation. Was perfect for a group of 4 people in two rooms traveling to Barcelona for 6days. Close to the bus stop.

The service was good, but the area looked ran down. Local shop got metal doors and windows which said a lot. I booked this hotel since I couldn’t book at another place.

The staff is super unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no toilet paper in the room and the towels had makeup on them. I found dirt in my bed. They lock the front doors and get mad at you when you knock on them and they have to open them. They make you leave your key at the front desk every time you leave, and then do not check any form of identification when you pick up a key so anyone could take your key and enter your room. The front desk made us wait to check in for no reason and just stood there being very unhelpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. A quiet location which was only like a 4 minute walk from the tram. Budget friendly and overall a great place to stay if you're looking for a no frills kind of place with privacy. I would definitely stay here if needed when I'm in Barcelona again.
