Its rife with individuals with learning difficulties mental heath issues disturbing other customers with random and repetitive knockings and bangings. For instance i was in room 114, they had one in 116 and 112. this is the pattern in which they are placed all over the hotel. i know this because i changed rooms a number of times. if you do bring this to the attention of the hotel, they would tell you, you are imagining things. If you get this type of response from the hotel, tell them to open the room that the disturbances are coming from, trust me Dragonfly would decline to do so because there is one of these guys that are not well there!
There is nothing wrong with Dragonfly housing people with learning difficulties ,drugs and mental issues but they should be kept well away from other customers. That made the hotel look like the sound proofing is very poor indeed
then the hotel is a bit dated, my toilet wouldn't flush correctly!
