A little shabby/run down. Phone in room didn’t work, stains on the floor, markdown on bed head board, some time of nail polish on bedside table, rust in garage can. Guest services would not supply cork screw.

Standard airport hotel. Close to Stansted mid stay car park with easy airport access. Functional simple clean room with good shower and bathroom facilities. Acceptable breakfast buffet. The hotel does what it says on the tin.

The breakfast was very good. Access to Stansted airport was great. Limited amenities in the area beyond McDonald's, Starbucks and a BP station

The room was very small for a family of 4 the cot was not avaliable and in the room i had to ask for it the room was not made up daily towels were not replaced etc. There is a £25 charge when arriving at the hotelmfor the car park as this dies not belkng to the hotel which is mot shares upon booking.

Booked to facilitate travel as this is an airport hotel. Not clear that we needed to pay for parking-very expensive for 2 cars for 1 night. It’s not at all easy to get to hotel by other transport so parking should be included in the rate. Room near entrance and very noisy. Buffet breakfast included and reasonable choice.

Everything was perfect. Clean! Beds were extremely comfortable. Quiet! Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Great restaurant, varied menu. Will definitley staff here again.
