Birthday meal

We had a lovely birthday meal in their restaurant..Lovely food & great service... Few of us had booked rooms. Rooms good , but hallways & stairwells VERY shabby & definetly need looking at, otherwise all good. EXCELLENT staff in ALL areas, nothing too much trouble.

Pros: Not a lot! The disabled parking area by the door was good - as I use a Blue Badge.
Cons: Staff attitude/condition of the premises.
Location: As stated, we just went to see friends.
The room was ok although the heating unit and extractor were at ceiling level and therefore it took a very long time for the floor level, (where we were!) to get warm. The repairs to the bathroom tiles were well below DIY standard. The carpet/paintwork on the stairs/hallway was worn out/dirty. There was no information about times of breakfast and when we arrived in the dining room at 8.50 on the first morning our 'greeting' was that they closed at 9 a m. and they would check out our room to see if the breakfast times were on display, we received no feedback. By the time that we'd had our cereal, the staff had turned off the toast machine, although they did turn it on again at my request! We had to report butter that had melted next to the toaster - health and safety?

Worst hotel

Was charged twice for my stay by expedia and hotel. Don't think I'll be staying here again.

The hotel was really clean and friendly but the breakfast was cold when asked for replacement it came up "warmed up " tasting. They did refund the price but we had to go somewhere else for food. So very disappointed

My stop over

I was on a business trip to Bexleyheath and used this hotel as an overnight stop on my way. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful although as I arrived late and left early I did not use any of the facilities so I can not really comment on these. The room was nice enough and good enough for a overnight stop.

Service needs attention

Service was poor, no one on reception on arrival, waited 5+ minutes. Very slow service in bar.On checkout woke up staff at 6:30am who than had to go and find someone who could check me out.

Mal, porque al reservar indicaba que en la tarifa estaba cubierta la cena. Estuve dos noches, la primera nos dieron una cena pésima, algo que había sobrado de un grupo de turistas que iban en colectivo y a la segunda noche, nos dijeron que solo podiamos elegir del bar hasta un máximo de 20 libras y resulta que lo más barato que tenían era una pizza de 13 libras. Tomamos la pizza y dos cervezas pequeñas y tuve que pagar 8,40 libras por las 2 cervezas. Una estafa
