Did not like the location. Inside smelled the shower had little water pressure and the floors sticky. Only one way in and out side exits had alarms. I would not recommend this place.

I liked this hotel

First of all. I want to say something... to any traveler out there who has reviewed this hotel as not good, do not believe them. My wife and i went traveling this past memorial weekend. And the staff was nice, specially the hotel manager i think he was. He was very nice . Before we left he gave us a bag full of goodies. The lady working over night was nice. The room was comfortable. Yes the bathtub was a little dirty and stained, but those are things that someone can deal with. How perfect can you expect a hotel if you pay less. So overall the hotel was good and i recommend it.

Worst hotel experience ever

I feel bad writing a "bad review" but this hotel was honestly the worst I've been to (and I've been to a lot - even worked in them). The floor in the room was hard wood - very sticky/slimy and left the bottoms of my feet black. Most of the outlets in the room were not working, which was a problem because I have sleep apnea & needed to plug my cpap machine in, next to the bed and I could NOT do that due to the broken outlet. The duvet on the bed had burn holes in it, despite this being a non-smoking room. The room smelled bad, the lamp by the bed was broken and falling over (see photos), the microwave knobs were broken off, everything was dusty, the paint was chipping off of the walls, the curtains were dirty with black marks all over them, the towels were as hard as sand paper, and when I used one of the washcloths to clean my face, it hurt. The shower dial was labeled backwards (hot was cold, and cold was hot). We did ask to switch rooms but were told they were sold out. We wanted to stay in Baltimore another night, and ended up booking a different hotel. I know "you get what you pay for" but this was a bit ridiculous!

This pictures which i know is fake and overall after staying two nights in the same room and not notifying the front desk about it and did'nt even communicate and during check out saying everything is good . We were not able to found out what the problem was. Still we apologize and will try our best to meet your expectation when you visit us next.

Outstanding service

Had a great stay. Away from all. The are doing some updates. The bed was comfortable. Great staff service so and so forth. Will definitely be back.

Convenient and Clean Hotel

it was very nice stay in super 8 Essex. very good maintain hotel. our room was so nice and clean. and good thing it was very quite. front desk employee are awesome they give us a very best service. nice area and very nice hotel. everything was perfect.

It was terrible no Internet service the entire time it was there everytime I left the room I had to be let back in the police ram shack the motel it was a terrible experience and I will never go back
