Good business Hotel

Executive room was nicely appointed. Bar was OK but restaurant needs some atmosphere

Faulty towers

The hotel was very run down and tired looking and in some areas the carpets were filthy, the room we stayed in was noisy from traffic insufficient double glazing all round, no coffee machine working, telephone was not working in the bar. The only good thing was the staff were so cheerful and obliging, had to force the shower mixer on with extreme force my wife could not turn it on, beds were old and run down lumpy and very hard, the quilts were outdated and heavy, we asked for an extra pillow which we never got and no lifts, the only good thing was the staff and free car park would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. The hotel is having an upgrading programme and much of what you describe will be addressed.

Awful....avoid at all costs

Don't order from room service. They don't actually have all the items. I was called back 3 times to change what I had ordered as each time the chef came back and said they didn't have that particular item.

Visiting Bluewater?

Convenient for my business needs

Next to football ground although no game on. I went to bed about 9.30 and they were preparing room above for function the next day so it was very noisy - it finished about 10pm. There was limited food as the kitchen air conditioning. Pizza and sandwiches only. The hotel has a tired feel to it but full of character. Rooms had a makeover and looked better. Close to retail shopping etc but transport can be a nightmare at certain times - as normal I would say for the part of the country

Won't be going back again

Location: We went for BSB at Brands, location not ideal due to queues on the dartford tunnel, great shopping park for food as hotel menu looked limited.
The hotel was a bit of a let down to be perfectly honest, i avoided booking a budget hotel and thought this was a little step up from that without spending mega bucks. The carpet in the room was filthy, so much so there was no way i would walk round without shoes on. My room was on the ground floor next to the banquet suites and was very noisey due to parties in those rooms. I had no external window, the window in the bathroom opened out to a corridor, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom and no fresh air, it smelt very musty. There were dead bugson the bathroom floor. How do you fill a kettle when you put it under the tap and the water tips out when you pull it out from under the tap.... Was there for 2 nights, card key wouldn't work second night, a teenager on reception sorted it, check out was completed by a teenager with headphones in too. Thoroughly disappointed.
