Beds are [too] firm?
For a budget hotel, it is ok; however I would still suggest that the beds, which is primarily what a person is paying for (a good night's sleep), could be of better quality.

Adequate
This is a minimalist, inexpensive place for a stop over. The main thing I remember about the place was the female receptionist was very ho-hum about finding our reservation. Compared to 10 other receptions on this trip she rated the lowest.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are excellent and extremely helpful. My only complaint is that the WiFi was down.

Nice, clean hotel and friendly reception staff. Close to a pizzeria which offers a discount if you show your hotel keycard. Only issue was wifi wasn't working.
