L'extérieur de l'hôtel est vieux et ne donne pas vraiment confiance à première vue, par contre l'intérieur est rénové et très bien.

Everything you need
The facility was perfect with pool and games for the kids. Breakfast was consistently good and the one night we ate at the restaurant it was delicious. The best part was the staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful

Inside ver nice, clean & well ordered. Comfortable room & lively bar / dining area. Immediate area around heavily under construction but short walk to centre ville is pleasant. Good for RER station.

We liked the hotel, the amenities and cleanliness. We tried to use swimming pool but was very cold, may be heated outdoor swimming pool could be an improvement.

Good but should be better.
Good hotel with nice service and facilities. Room is ok and like the little fridge with complimentary water bottle. Radio didn't work. On TV lot of channels didn't work. Sink was partially blocked. Could hear noise from other rooms. Once was woken up by cleaner at 7.30. Had a problem with the safe which even after I told reception wasn't fixed.

All the Essentials
Functional, basic hotel for the last night of our European vacation before heading home. It has all the standard amenities and a decent on-site restaurant for dinner and breakfast made it very convenient. Kid friendly too! The elevator serving five floors is very very small. It gets busy in the morning so we had to carry luggage down by hand.

Nice stay
Nice stay, room very nice. Memory foam type bed, which i am normally not a fan of, but was very comfy. Food in restaurant very good. Breakfast - nothing fancy but perfectly fine. No gym though.

This is probably the fault of expedia/hotels.com. We have arrived at mindnight and we found no way to enter and the phone number we had would not respond. I called hotels.com UK number and the only thing they could find was another phone number on which it was also impossible to contact the hotel. HOWEVER the hotel claim that they have sent us an email with access code, and this is the fault of expedia, this email never arrived. Overall being with children we spent 110 GBP on another hotel room nearby [Novotel also booked with hotels.com].

Great hotel with great links to central Paris!
Great hotel with excellent facilities only a 10 minute walk from the main station with excellent transport links in to the centre of Paris. Breakfast was nice but could be a little slow restocking key things like cutlery but food was really nice. Would certainly recommend a stay here!

Hotel with a nice garden and decent food!
I've used Novotel for business trips before but this was a personal one. I was relieved, I found them in a place that seemed like in the middle of nowhere. They were of good value - as a decent hot-n-cold breakfast was included in our booking. Had ironing boards etc to lend us. The restaurant had decent food and drink options for lunch. They had a beautiful back garden and a small pool. We liked it :)

Good pit stop with helpful staff
This hotel is a great pit stop for journeys through France. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. There's a nice bar and great activities in reception for children (inc an x box). Food was nice although the menu is a little uninspiring. The staff are really helpful but with only 2 people serving in the restaurant the Wayt between courses was a bit longer than you'd expect. But I must stress the staff that we're there we're very helpful and friendly.

this one is a winner
very very clean and comfortable, its close to paris center if you have a car, this one is a bit cheaper than the novotel in the center, so if you can find a room avai def go with this one.

Arrived at the railway station in the evening. No one obvious in the station to ask for directions. Taxis expensive. However staff at the bus information office and on the buses very helpful. Stop fairly close by but you probably have to ask,

Pleasant hotel spoiled by catering staff
Stayed one night. Easy walk to the downtown area for dinner. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. But let down by the catering staff. They are very happy to ignore you when you want to order a coffee from the in-house Starbucks. Instead they would rather chat and fuss over their till. After several attempts by myself and my wife to get service we left empty handed.

Very dated and tired hotel. Stayed for the one night and wouldn't hurry back. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment and total revamp. Restaurant - Service slow and food bland.

friends trip ok but not great
Required the extra duvet or blanket and could not supply for folding bed.Only have king size beds and not twin. For Second person sharing not bring a partner is not good. When asked to deliver a blanket eventually found they wanted us to collect from reception while we are ready to go to bed.

Nice hotel & pleasant staff but no airconditioning
The Hotel itself is very nice, clean and well-appointed. The linens are fresh and the carpets are clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They even left a note in english welcoming us and offering their full assistance in making our stay confortable. That was very heart-warming. The neighborhood is somewhat "industrial" in nature - but very safe. The only negative I would point is that there is NO Air-conditioning in the hotel. This can be very uncomfortable (and aggravating) in the summer months. They don't even have fans installed in each room. We had to request for table-fans that the staff had to rummage up from their store room. Needless to say, there are not enough fans for every room and so it can get very hot and stuffy.

Novotel Massy - 20 min train ride into Paris
Clean/modern room. Did not provide hand lotion which I thought was pretty common these days in hotels since I don't pack anymore. Did not refresh my soap/shampoo supply over 5 days.
