This is probably the fault of expedia/hotels.com. We have arrived at mindnight and we found no way to enter and the phone number we had would not respond. I called hotels.com UK number and the only thing they could find was another phone number on which it was also impossible to contact the hotel. HOWEVER the hotel claim that they have sent us an email with access code, and this is the fault of expedia, this email never arrived. Overall being with children we spent 110 GBP on another hotel room nearby [Novotel also booked with hotels.com].
