Regarding the key collection at night, we would like to comment that the usual protocol was strictly followed in these cases, which we inform our guests about in advance. As part of this protocol, we checked the correct functioning of the lights in the apartment prior to the arrival of the client so we do not understand where the failure could be in its operation, even so we regret that this mishap caused inconvenience. Likewise, we take note of the attitude of the person at the reception as the friendliness and customer service are a priority in our company.
