Was clean and presentable. Facilities were good. Despite three restaurants, a very limited selection of food. Communication emails from them only in French makes no sense considering they are supposed to cater to tourists and Montreal's sizeable English-speaking community.

The hot pools were NOT clean. The 4 we tried all had filmy bubbles and foam at the surface of the water, as well as an accumulation of gunk around the walls. We were there in the evening so I figured it was because many people who used it during the fay were wearing lotions and the body oils had caused all of it except the tubs were still dirty the following day when we used them. Just disgusting.

Loved everything about the property. The room was beautiful, spacious & clean. It had a microwave, plates, etc. We could bring our own food & just reheated it. The hot tubs were a bit crowded but I can understand why. The view was stunning & the dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Can’t wait until next time.

Staff was terrible. We pay such an expensive amount to stay for the night the least they can do is have good staff and good customer service. Basically check out is at 11, but we were getting a massage at 12 and we asked if we can leave the room at 11:30 and they refused. We had to put our bag in a space that is not even locked! Everyone has access to it, very unsafe. Then we had until 10:30 to make it to the breakfast restaurant and they refused to let us in because it was 10:35… we thought that customer service was terrible and they really affected our stay and our enjoyment. We will not be revisiting this facility.

I will never trust Expedia for reservations: first the Hotel asked to charge me more than what I had already dealt with Expedia. Then came the worst surprise: my reservation included breakfast for two but they charged me for it as it wasn't mentioned anywhere at the hotel and guess how much? More than 33$ per person!!! Either Expedia or Esterel Resort or both are doing a very disappointing job 😞😞😞

If the owners deem it necessary to close the trails for maintenance, safety, or due to the inclement weather we have experienced, we must follow their instructions. Additionally, it's worth considering that we have received a significant amount of rain, which has caused considerable damage to the trails. Our website mentions in the winter activities section: "Please note that trails may be closed without notice, depending on their condition and the temperature." The property was very nice. The amenities and services were very average. We had access to the outdoor jacuzzi and pool. There were no slippers in the rooms and we were told none were provided and they had run out of those for sale. For dining they insisted that reservations be made even though hotel was very empty. We asked to have a table at the window and we’re told not to worry, hardly anyone would be there. Arriving for our 8 pm reservation, there were no tables left. They wanted to seat us near the entrance to the kitchen which we refused. We ended up sitting in the empty bar area. The two waiters that were good for our evening meals were not locals: one was from France, the other from West Island. One waitress, obviously a local, who served us at lunch, had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen. She went to ask the chef if he could prepare us a cheese plate. We noticed she had stopped to chat for a good 5 minutes with two local workmen, all within our site. We had to ask the hostess to get us some bread later as the first one was nowhere to be found. The restaurant had hardly any clients at the time. This is the first time in a very long time that we left « 0 » tip. Should mention that the sommelier we had for wine tasting was very good, very pleasant. So overall, very good facilities, but with below average restaurant service and only average food, I would not give higher than the 3 stars rating.

Easy check in. Clean and renovated rooms. Good amenities (multiple spas, adult pool, activities (kayak, volleyball, paddleboard etc).

Really enjoyed the hotel, the room, staff and facilities. Everything was modern and well maintained. Fabulous shower in our room. Beautiful view on the lake. Restaurant options for dinner with teens wasn’t the greatest and options were very pricey - too bad there wasn’t a casual dining option (only for takeout)

OVERALL NICE BUT HAS SOME AREAS THEY CAN IMPROVE.
Overall very nice BUT restaurant food was not that great. Went to the Voilier and had the crab appy which was super salty. The small pool side bar/restaurant was closed during the day and there was no way to get food. My teenagers were starving. Had to go inside and order a $30 12 inch pizza and had to go get it from the restaurant ourselves. They should have better options for food and convenience.
