We always stay here every time we go to Estes Park. Best accommodations around. We make sure rooms are available and plan our trip based on that. Wouldn’t stay anyplace else.

In a bind, they were able to assist. Thanks to the staff for their customer service. The property was clean and safe.

HORRIBLE customer service by the hotel and Expedia!!! Be warned! I booked a night at this hotel. I realized immediately that I booked the wrong date. I called the hotel within 1 hour to correct the date. The person at the front desk refused to help me make this change. He told me that Expedia did not like for them to change their reservations. So I then called expedia. They told me that they could not make any changes without the hotel manager's approval. The manager was not available so they would have to call me back. For the next few days I was on the phone with expedia for at least one hour at a time (their hold times are horrible). I also called the manager of the hotel (Cory) and left a voice mail message and got no response. Today I finally got through to the manager and he says that since I called 1 hour after I book the room, that I could not cancel it. Mean while when you book a reservation through expedia, it tells you not to call the hotel right away because it will take some time for them to receive it. This all sounds like a set up! I called the hotel less than one hour after I booked the reservation and simply wanted to change it for the next day. I was refused this change and Expedia did not help in any way.
