This is not like us. . . generally, our staff does an amazing job when it comes to preparing the rooms and making sure everything is ready for our guests. We take cleanliness very seriously and your room should always feel fresh and clean. It is our mission to provide a great guest experience and we pride ourselves on providing a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. We maintain our property, and the rooms, annually and update them no later than on a bi-annual basis; We have plans on starting some updates soon, in fact. Hi, Deborah, So sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay to the fullest extent. We do a lot of repairs during off season since peak season is so busy in Estes Park. The rooms are checked thoroughly every day, and with winter right around the corner we absolutely have repairs lined up. We are so sorry that our complimentary continental breakfast was not as you had hoped.
