Nice Hotel!

Pros: It had a pool table and a few other games that were great for teenagers!
Cons: Cleanliness!
Location: Ideal location - easy to navigate from downtown!
We enjoyed our stay here - I was a little shocked at the amount of hair in the bathroom and some on a towel but other than those minor issues it was a very nice play to stay!

Bait and Switch

Pros: the Lobby
Cons: truth in advertising, don't show a photo of a room that is 180 from what you are putting guests into.
The hotel is under renovation and I booked based on photographs of renovated room. When I checked in they gave me an older room that was nothing like what was represented at the time of my booking. I could have staying in a motel that had the same room for $100 less. On top of that I had my dog with me and they tried to uncharge me $25 for a pet fee that was not disclosed at the time of booking. Their restaurant touts their burgers, so I tried one, burnt to a cinder and clearly double cooked. Blah! stay away.

Hotel in Estes Park.

Pros: Easy walk to town. This is a good hotel if you have children. It has a nice inside pool area.
Cons: Upgrade the carpets in the hallways. Breakfast included would be nice.
Location: Near the National Park and downtown Estes
We stayed in Estes Park with our grandson. This hotel was conveniently located and easily walkable to downtown. I thought that for the price, the hotel was a little run down.

We stayed for two nights in a 2 queen size bedroom. Our stay was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel is really good.

Nice hotel - close to town

Pros: Location
Cons: Very noisy - kids in the room next door were very loud
Very clean, large room, bed was very comfortable. nice view.

A work in progress. No refrigerators available (shouldn't have to rent them). Would have been nice to have sink separate from bathroom. Minimal counter space at sink - difficult for multiple guests. No free breakfast. Not enough options at restaurant. Pool room was dark, but nice, large pool is 3' - 9'. Game room wasn't completed. Friendly staff.

The lights to the parking lot were not working. Made us feel unsafe. The hostess in the hotel restaurant was rude. The water in the swimming pool was too cold.

Even with the new renovations there are still a lot of issues. Shower was broken, air conditioner made so much noise you couldn't sleep, pillows were super cheap hard pillows, and there is no space at all in the bathroom for toiletries or even a spot to hang hand towel.
