We love this place!! Great location and never busy! Has all we need with a restaurant in the hotel.

Lake view

Upon arrival went into reserved room king size bed with couch fold out bed . Linens had not been changed , blanket had crusty sauce on it . Although it was bed made and room appeared clean. Refrigerator had old food inside . Complained to hotel . They moved us and said we were getting an upgrade to a suite. The suite ended up being a handicap room. No bath only shower . When talking a shower the removable shower head provided zero water pressure and when moved screw fell out of the holder and the shower head hit my wife in the head . The upgrade was suppose to be a queen size bed it was a full size. Most uncomfortable bed ever . You can feel the springs in your back. Woke up with a sore back. The view was beautiful . However when you go out to the balcony could lean up on rail it was broken. Swimming pool was dirty and handicap sweet was broken . the handles to get out of the pool was broken . The sauna was broken . The jacuzzis was not as hot as jacuzzi ‘s should be . This hotel is like a staged home . Nothing is as it seemed . Very disappointed . Would never recommend it nor would I stay that again . Not worth over four hundred dollars for 2 nights

Beautiful resort on lake estes

This hotel was everything that was needed after a long day of hiking in the mountains. There were enough amenities, (spa,sauna,hot tub) to relax after a long day. When you wake up in the morning you’re reminded of how beautiful Estes Park is when you step outside and see the mountains in the distance behind Lake Estes

very antiquated, needs updates, bathroom is dirty and rusty.

Great facilities and room comfort. Nice bar/restauran on the 2nd floor. Was not so fond of staff customer service skills and general attentiveness.

A comfortable experience in a beautiful place. Rooms very large and comfortable - restaurant ok for a place this nice.

Needs work.

For the price, this place needs to be nicer. The bar/restaurant staff were sometimes hard to find and often slow. Food (just had breakfast) was ok but way over-priced. The windows in the Waterfront Grille were dirty and there ware cobwebs in the higher areas of the restaurant. The room was nothing special and the info book needed more info, rather than just the basics. Price on Expedia was $70 more than at the hotel!

I know the staff strives to provide excellent customer service and takes pride in the facility. We will review ways we can make reach the service levels striven for. I will have to look back to determine why Expedia had a higher prices as we offer our third party booking engines the same price we had set in our system. Estes park resort

It was an ok place to stay, but for the money, we were not impressed. The bed was not comfortable, the walls were thin (not ideal with a wedding in town)....it was loud and we did not sleep well. Staff were friendly enough, no complIants except that they did not ask why we left a day early, and when I called for a manager to see if they could sell the room for a night for our refund....I got the run around. Not a great stay.

Decent place. But not for the money.

I think when it comes to Estes Park you are there for the sites and outdoor activities. If that's the case. Then this place is fine just to sleep. Ridiculously priced. So find cheaper and probably will find just as good quality if not better.
