“Staff were able to get me checked in early graciously and were able to store my luggage. Breakfast does consist of cold food like fruit, yogurt as well as eggs, sausages, bread, croissants, spreads. Coffee and juices as well. Minimal but enough.”

“This hotel is in a prime spot in Arras. One of the oldest properties in the town and right on Grand Place, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. It is an old hotel in an old building so the range of amenities is not wide but it does have a lovely courtyard, perfect for a coffee or something stronger if you prefer. “Interesting and beautiful hotel set in lovely parkland and gardens. Good food in the brasserie and useful to know that one of the three restaurants is open each day. Plenty of parking and an hour from Calais so an excellent stopover.”

“The internet did not work. We stayed on the top floor, it was not strong enough to connect. Also, a number code would be useful to get in without the key card. We inadvertently left the key in the room and had to call someone to come and let us in. Clearly our fault and they were very kind and accommodating, and literally ran over without complaint. Otherwise, great location, very comfy beds, clean spacious room and lovely host.”
