I really enjoyed this hotel. Traffic is there but it's not loud enough to even disturb and I was 3 rooms away from the street so I was happy about that. Parking is a bit tight but everyone seemed to fit nicely. I only spoke with 1 staff member but he was very nice and was quick with my check-in, which I like. All in all, I will come back again.

Wood floors, plenty of hot water for the shower, and black-out curtains! Good value for the price.

Staff was rude and vague about questions. So cheap though worth the very little amount of money

Centrally located

Room was comfortable, but not completely cleaned. (dust bunnies hopping around) No coffee pot, shampoos or soaps. Bed was great with plenty of pillows, but power on only one side that kept coming unplugged. Had to change sleeping side because of CPAP. Used lounge chair as a table. Desk power was handy.

This may not be the fanciest place to stay, but it was clean, quiet and I felt safe.

Horrible hotel when youve lost a family member

They failed to tell until i was fully checked in that i could not have any guests what so ever. Well i had just arrived from driving all the way from Arizona only because i just lost my sister to cancer. So basically im in a different state and lost my sister and not allowed to have my family members around me in the time of grieving. My sister and I were very close and ive had a really hard time and being alone withput my family is not what i came thousands of miles for. Its a non smoking room but reals of cigarettes. I wanted my money back but they said i cannot get my money back to go somewhere else where my family could visit. Im very disappoonted. There were absolutely no rules to that nature online. Ive actually never heard of this rule. Ive spent this whole tine alone when i needed my family. I am definately not going to do this again. Also will let my traveling friends know not to stay in a Best Value Inn ever in any state. This was the worst experience iv ever had.

Hello Vicki, We are very sorry to hear about your sister. Please accept our condolences. Our front desk staff is trained to let the guests' know about the visitor policy. This is a university town so we just want to make sure that the locals don't invite friends over and have party in the room and disturb other guests. If you had let the front desk know about the tragedy, the manager would have make sure that the visitors are allowed in your room. Once again very sorry for your loss.

Not so nice motel

Cons: Tear it down and rebuild and fire all the management
Yes my experience was not so nice. I was expecting Americas Best Hotel and my mistake Americas best value motel. It was close to a busy street so traffic noise. The room was freezing and the noisy heater came on and off about every 60 sec so we had to turn it off when we went to bed and woke up at 3 am freezing. The sheets were stained so good thing we brought a seeping bag and laid on that and just used the top sheet and blanket. No coffee in the room. The breakfast in the morning was a joke. I asked for juice or water, they only provided tap water. No muffins, eggs, bacon etc. I only saw waffles and cold cereal. I paid over $60 for the room a total rip off!!!
