The bed was not firm enough. I slept on the floor with my Coleman mattress. Their breakfast could have been served a little earlier.

Very Nice Accommodations!

Posted Aug 15, 2015
Pros: Location, comfort, but most impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.
Cons: parking could be expanded.
Location: Maru (Japanese) and Pizza next door were both good.
Directly across from OSU, good restaurants within walking distance, easy freeway on/off access. Check in staff was excellent, courteous, and efficient. The room was beautiful and clean, beds were very comfortable, and all amenities (microwave, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer) were of good quality. We were late for breakfast, but the staff let us help ourselves to the fruit, bagels, juice, cereal and coffee that was still out. She even made my son and husband 3 extra pancakes!

Nice hotel, not totally clean

Posted Aug 14, 2015
Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like urine.maybe it was a dirty towels smell. We thought it would air out so we didn't complain. It never did.

It is right across the street from the U of O.

Pros: The room was in great shape and comfortable.
Cons: The toilet needed a good scrubbing.
The check in went well. We were there while a large tour group was checking in. They had our keys ready so that we did not have to wait for 30 other people to check in.

Old motel

Posted Aug 10, 2015
The place was good for a night's rest. It was clean but old. The motel needs to be updated. The coffee maker had an old coffee filter still in it. The hairdryer was nice though. The balcony was also cracked. It didnt feel very safe. Overall, not a horrible place to sleep.

Could have been a nice experience....

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: The bathroom was spotless and the linens seemed clean.
Cons: Perhaps you should hire students in the hospitality department from the college.
I arrived slightly early and was son tried to t allowed to check in, which was nice. Never got to access my laptop even though my son tried to troubleshoot with the number given to us. He did comment that the tech was pleasant. My room was next to the exit and I was not only kept up late but was woken up very early. There was no room in the area for breakfast as all of the tables were full. When I finally checked out, the clerk didn't ask how my stay was. She seemed very disinterested in me as opposed to the clerk upon check in who at least looked me in the eyes.

Hotel right across from the University

Posted Jul 26, 2015
The room was clean, comfortable and close to the University which was our main reason in Eugene. The continental breakfast had a great variety. I will definitely stay here again.
