Room smell

Cons:The room smelled bad; it was like an unpleasant deodorizer/sanitation smell. Hit you hard when you walked into the room, but olfactory system developed tolerance. Bed was not comfortable. Pro: good coffee and pastries, etc for breakfast.

Motel close to down town.

Pros: The bed was good, and air conditioning was good, as it was hot.
Cons: Remodeled, old bathroom. No extras like in room coffee/tea.
Location: Good location.
Bare bones Motel. Ok, but old and no extras like coffee in the room. But we were looking for a super value and it filled that need. It was strictly a place to sleep.... a good bed.

Downtown short stay

Pros: Convenience to where we had to go.
Cons: Coffee in the toom
The hotel was older but very clean and friendly. Considering they are in the downtown Eugene area where there are problems at times, they made it a secure, clean and friendly place to stay.

We had a mouse in our room. Informed staff and no apology seemed to know about issue already. We over heard housekeep talking about it.

Nice stay. No fuss. Wi-Fi was a little tricky, but worked once the receptionist explained it.

Conveniently located hotel at a good price

Pros: Conveniently located, good price, two-bedroom suite.
Cons: Better breakfast, deep cleaning and updating of the rooms.
Location: Located in downtown Eugene, near the University. Many restaurants are close by.
Our room was a two-bedroom suite, which was nice. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom had been updated recently. The bathroom fan didn't work, and the shower drain was slow, but it was nice otherwise. Carpets, furnishings, etc. were all somewhat old and a bit worse for wear. Our room was the closest to the street (Broadway), which is a busy road, so there was a lot of traffic noise. The included breakfast was sparse -- muffins, juice, bananas, and yoghurt. The location was great, right in the middle of Eugene, close to the University and everywhere we wanted to go. There was an outdoor pool, which looked clean and nice, but which we didn't use. The price was good for a two-bedroom room.

Met our standards for the price we paid

Pros: Comfort
Cons: Just change soap holder in shower/ bath.
Location: Lots of food around. Walking distance to businesses. 1.6 miles to University of Oregon.
I think it was better than the 2 star motels we stayed at like Travel lodge, Motel 6, etc. Beds were comfortable and clean ( pillows and sheets too). Temperature was perfect. The air was actually working when thermostat was set. Cabinets were in good working conditions. Breakfast was good enough for it's rate. A lot more options than other motels we stayed at. Staff was nice. Wifi was working perfectly. A lot more working channels than others in a new flat screen tv. Enough parking. Good cleaning service. Double pain Windows kept room quiet enough. Just a minor detail, the soap holder in bath was rusty. Other fixtures were in great condition. There were a few scratches on paint on 1 side of wall.

Convenient location

Pros: Location, price, close to U of O campus & downtown, easy to get to, quiet.
Cons: Can't think of anything. Might look at replace the lambs, they were looking a little worn out.
Location: Walking distance to U of O and downtown. Lots of places to eat or get snacks nearby. Voodoo donuts is close and there is also a small movie theater.
This is my "go to" place when going to the state track championships. Price is great and it's about a 15-20 minute walk to campus. It is an older hotel, but they have obviously taken good card of the facilities. They have also added amenities like hair dryers, iron & ironing board, microwave and refrigerator. There's also a pool (I haven'd had the chance to use it, but there were several people swimming one afternoon). Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and nice bedding.

Nice place, pretty basic.

Nice place, you get what you pay for. They definately could use a shudder or curtain for the bathroom window. Other than that all is well.
