Fabulous Art-House in the Historic Whiteaker Neighborhood

Available for instant booking! This wonderfully cozy home, located in the famous "Fermentation District" of Eugene, boasts a 5 - 10 minute walk to a wide variety of breweries, distilleries, cider-houses, wineries and fine dining both lavish and quaint, with shopping, dining and the nightlife of downtown only 5 minutes away by car. The art installations inside have also been featured in several local art exhibitions.

Both bedrooms on the ground floor include a queen-sized bed in each. One bedroom on the second floor includes two twin beds while the other second floor bedroom includes a single twin bed (3 twins total). The living room on the ground floor also includes a queen sized fold out futon. The dining room table seats eight.

The front and back yards of the property are completely fenced in as well for your furry friends. If you plan on bringing your pet(s), please remember to check "yes" on the "pets" option when selecting the number of guests for your reservation.

Thanksgiving visit
My family stayed here during Thanksgiving weekend to visit my son of at the U of O. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner, kitchen had everything we needed to prep our meal. We enjoyed playing games and visiting, only negative small tv and couldn’t watch football but otherwise a great house for our family to gather. Close to everything and we enjoyed walking to Nelson’s for dinner one night.

House is well-equipped (but no coffee grinder). Easy directions, lots of room. House was very musty at arrival but with the windows open it aired out. FYI hot water in bathroom sink doesn’t work, but shower was great. Overall a pleasant stay.

We loved staying at this home. When we weren't sitting in the front yard catching up, we were walking to everything. You really don't need a car once you get here. My son is Vegan and it can be a challenge to find good food. He was thrilled at the variety of options available to him, and it made it easy for all of us. The only thing I didn't like was the $200 in "additional charges" I knew it before I rented of course, but fees that end up being more than the total per night rental cost, is always tough to swallow. Cute neighborhood, clean house (stiff bed in main bedroom, lots of food and bars within walking distance. We'd definitely stay again.

My family stayed here for a track and field meet at Hayward field. The property manager was exceptionally accommodating regarding an early check in. The house is cute and quite roomy - more than enough space for my husband, me and our teenagers. The kitchen is adequate though could use a few more utensils and better knives. The queen bed was lumpy and my husband did not sleep well though all other beds seemed comfortable. Neighborhood was very walkable to coffee, groceries and parks. Overall a very nice stay.

Graduation visit
TV Wi-Fi service was terrible and the mattresses were very hard and the garbage was full when we arrived and had no where to put our garbage. Also a for sale car parked in front of the house leaking antifreeze the entire time we were there so not much parking in front of the house. Other than that we had a great time at the house.
