Paper thin walls

This hotel has not been maintained. We had a room that had a door adjoining another room. We could hear everything they said and did. I did not feel safe, the room was not terribly clean, the lock on the door seemed to have been broken at some point and still had parts missing.

Pros: good included hot breakfast.
affordable hotel near shopping, good breakfast in lobby but also Elmer's attached. clean and comfortable rooms. hotel itself is somewhat older but quiet enough.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: We drove to the snow on the Makenzie pass.
Hands down a terrible experience. Dirty and housekeeping never came and cleaned my room. No one brought fresh towels even after promsing. When staff was told , I was told "not my problem". Old and worn out . My view was of a buildinng, not even grass planted out the window. Breakfast served in the lobby. Nothing good to say. Oh and used my own computer to watch tv as that had little choice also. DO NOT stay here. If you do, dont miss the 20.00 warning for using a towel to remove makeup or the 150.00 charge for smoking in the room. Must pay a deposit to stay here. Photos look nothing like the rooms.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you didn't like your stay at our hotel. Yes there is a $150.00 fine for smoking in the rooms as this is a no smoking building. We are working on updating the hotel but this will take some time to complete and we will be posting new pics sometime in the near future. Never stay here.

Pros: I did not like anything about this motel except it was close to the freeway.
Cons: Cleanliness, updated, friendly staff, an available manager.
Location: Springfield. Not much unless you want to a game or out to eat.
So many things. The view out our window, the least of my worries was another building and some weeds. The continental breakfast was served in the lobby and due to the dirtiness of the motel, I was afraid to eat there. On the first morning after we stay, we left and came back after 4. NO one had cleaned our room, made our beds, emptied are garbage or clean the bathroom, They left us no clean towels. So we called to the desk who got angry and said< "its not my problem, its housekeeping's, I can bring you some towels but your have to talk to the manager when she gets in tomorrow."We could never did bring the towels and I could never reach the manager, though I will keep called. LASTLY, the toilet seat was so old and worn out that I would have been ashamed. I was also led to beleive there would be a fridge and microwave which there is not. The have signs up that say if you remove your makeup with a towel there is a 20.00 charge and if you smoke in the room 15.00

Easy to get into-great brewery across the street.

Pros: Big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed
Cons: Walls a bit thin
Location: Very busy, and near everything.
When the Ducks football game is in town, this hotel keeps it's price reasonable. It slowly has been renovated, and is much better than a year or so ago.

Beds were hard...NO INTERNET even though advertise

Pros: Close to Dutch Bros and shopping...continental breakfast not to write home about
Cons: None existent Internet connection. Hard uncomfortable beds...hubby slept on floor as bed was horrible.

First year staying, great everytime!!!

This,was our first ducks season staying here. I honestly was waiting for something to go wrong. Nothing. Ever. Did. Friendlyrics gaps at check in. Elmers in the property, walking distance to many restaurants. Clean, cozy, great bed, only little complaint this time was we didn't have a water cooler, not a big deal but if that's the only thing wrong it is all good. Cant wait to book next season!!
