Nice hotel parking must use valet

Posted Jun 18, 2016
Pros: Love the quality of the room and the bed!
Cons: Wish we could have opened the window a little to allow fresh air to circulate
Location: We were able to walk around to several restaurants. It was far from the U of O campus. The restaurants closed early, which was dissapointing.
Loved this hotel, we were offered a glass of wine at check in!

Far and Away the Top Hotel in Eugene!

Posted Jun 4, 2016
Pros: The rooms, the service, the lobby, everything!
Cons: Noy much....
Location: There's a shopping arcade virtually next door (with some great shops, including an African one that's wonderful!), several restaurants, & close to UoO
My wife and I stayed there March 4th to March 7th, up from Mountain View to see my son (a senior at UoO). I have stayed in Eugene multiple times during the past 4 years, and somehow had not discovered this gem. This is a world-class hotel in the heart of Eugene! We had a terrific room, with a fireplace, and an incredibly comfortable king bed - really a lovely room! The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly & professional, the lobby is exquisite (replete with some beautiful art glass), there's free water and snacks, and a lovely French restaurant steps away. The entire top floor during our stay was occupied by Justin Beiber and his retinue, resulting in gaggles of teenaged girls outside our window (many with their parents), which made for great people watching (one of my wife's favorite pursuits). All in all it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely try to stay here at all future trips to Eugene (but unfortunately I was too late to book it for graduation in June :<(

Surprising Friendly Service!

Posted May 22, 2016
Pros: Convenience, service, cleanliness, comfortable hotel!
Location: Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. I walked everywhere I went while staying here.
The staf could not have been more friendly and pleasant. The personal touches like the glass of wine at check-in, made the already comfortable, clean, and convenient hotel seem that much better!

Prom Weekend?

Posted Apr 26, 2016 on Hotels
Great visit. Used their bikes and rode all over town for several hours. Only issue was the room next to us was having a party....all night. Called office twice and they came up to try and quiet the guests down. Each time, it worked for ten minutes. We did not sleep all night due to noise. Kind of a bummer.

Very welcoming and hospitable, from moment of arrival to departure. Very convenient location. Walking distance to shopping, dining, markets. Unlimited bottled water and snacks for guests in lobby. Abundance of advice and help from Concierges in lobby.

I think is the best hotel of Eugene, by far..... but it is (at least my experience) too expensive for the hotel.
