So the room listed as Double room King bed. There was nothing double about it. It is just one room with one king bed. Not sure why I assumed it had two king beds. It did not! There were no other rooms available. So the four of us squished in a king bed for the night. The room was clean. The property felt safe. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Denise,I am sorry you were unhappy with the room type you were assigned. I reviewed your reservation and you were assigned to the room type your reservation came through for. I understand you booked a room that said "Double room King bed". I looked through our Expedia page and did not find a room type that was listed as such. I am so sorry for the confusion. We want all of our guests to have a good stay, and under other circumstances we would have assigned you to a room with 2 queen beds but we were sold out the night you stayed and that was not an option. I understand how frustrating that was for you.I am pleased to see you felt safe at our property and the staff was helpful. Thank you for your review. Strange smell, odd layout, sold on a suite because of our young children, didn’t meet our needs well at all. Poor quality breakfast, building overall very dated. Great location, staff was super friendly and helpful.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I would spend a little more and go somewhere else because this is on par with a motel 6. There was nothing quality about it at all. We didn’t pick this hotel it was with a team event but I would not recommend. The shower was brown on the bottom, they clearly don’t know what dusting is, the sink wouldn’t drain, the floor was literally loose under the carpet in multiple spots, the beds are garbage, we had to use the heater and it smelled horrible. Let the front desk know and they said sorry but didn’t write anything down so probably won’t get fixed. Totally would have went somewhere else but everything was booked for events. My son and his cousin went to the car and some shady looking person pulled in and started asking them about a dog and told them they were from the motel 6.

The breakfast provided was wonderful! Lots of choices available. Did not see expect such a nice variety! Seating area large, clean, not cramped. The lobby very nice and welcoming. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and pleasant. Definitely coming back!

The room had a bad smell and it was terribly hot. I am guessing they had a water leak. Because they had big fans in the hallway. The carpets in the halls and stairs were filthy. The breakfast was good and and it is close to the highway.

It’s okay.
The property was overall good. It’s the typical 3 star hotel that is on the 20 year mark (I would guess). Walls are thin so make sure to bring ear plugs. The wall fan/ac/heater is loud so again plugs because it turns off and on about every 10 minutes. The breakfast is the usual one or two hot items (my days were biscuits and hot country gravy and sausage), waffles, cereal and fruit. If I have to really nitpick the door to my room seemed like it was about to break the frame away from the wall. That is because the self closing door is set too strong and that banging over the years has caused the frame to come loose. Also, the beds are getting to the point that the springs in the mattress are squeaking. The frame on the bed is also squeaky from the years of use.

There really aren't "dining options" but there's a breakfast room which offers eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles along with the usual continental fare. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive stayed here before and would certainly syay here again

First time staying there and will be my go to hotel. Great price and had very comfy beds and my room was not only very clean, but smelled clean. My friend forgot her insulin in the mini fridge and as soon as they discovered it, they called and made arrangements to get it back to her.

I mean, it’s a challenging area overall where this is, but conveniently close to RiverBend Hospital. I felt safe and secure here as well as with my vehicle. Breakfast was good.
