The motel was great, United Airlines customer service was terrible. Flights delayed because of weather then cancelled because of weather. Was unable to get to my destination on time so had to cancel my round trip flights. United had no customer service at the counter to keep us informed.

After some severe winter weather I was without power for almost a week. I booked a room here so I could continue to keep my business running while not able to work from home like usual. Rooms were not easy to find locally because so many people lost Power. This room was available, clean, and seemed to be well maintained. It was comfortable right away. The main reason for a lower rating is the quality of the internet. I specifically got a room for business and this property advertised free WiFi. The problem was that the internet was set up to kick you offline every 5-7 minutes making working online nearly impossible. I guess if I just wanted warm and dry this would have been great but as a business owner not being able to rely on the internet would be a deal breaker.

No-frills motel minutes from the airport. The room was perfectly clean, and recently remodeled. The gentleman at check-in was extremely helpful and friendly, so welcoming after a stressful travel day. Very convenient to the airport, and only 10 minutes away from restaurants and shopping.

Worse experience I've ever had with a hotel
Due to a life-threatening snow and ice storm I was forced to cancel my trip I contacted the hotel in advance let me know I was not going to be able to make it. They refused to give me a refund in full and basically didn't give a damn about the safety of the people we're forced to choose between traveling and risking their lives or losing their money. The refusal to cancel ha cost me over $360. I also plan on lodging complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Oregon Department of Consumer affairs.

Room was fine. Linens were clean and bed was OK. Other furniture was, besides the bed, rather spartan, like non-existent. Room was remodeled and decently done. But, why no light above sink & mirror? The room worked to accomodate an early morning flight.

Every time I’m in Eugene visiting my boo we always stay here. We almost always have the same room. There are smoking and non smoking rooms. The place is always clean, and the staff are lovely. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and for the price it’s awesome

We discovered this motel while trying to find accomodations for an Oregon football game. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms. They are very clean and looked to be remodeled recently. I would stay here again.

So not as expected, rooms were very clean thankfully. But walls are paper thin you can hear trains, cars and everyone elses showers all night/day. Was more like a glorified truck stop. Won't be staying there again.

OK lodging.
First room we were given smelled of smoke. They did move us to another room after a cancellation happened and that room was recently upgraded which was nice. Walls were paper thin, could hear the activities next door :-(.

This property looked brand new. Open floorplan and new finishes. Shower had nice water pressure and best fridge I have ever seen in a motel room. Wouldnt have minded staying longer.
