No frills. Older place but the room was clean and comfortable. Certainly a convenient location next to UO if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Price was reasonable compared to neighboring properties.

Maybe no frills, but lots of amenities! We are one of few independent properties in the area that provides a complimentary continental breakfast with assorted pastries, yogurt, milk, juice, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit and coffee. All our rooms also have a coffeemaker, microwave, iron & board, and an LCD TV with Satellite programming. Not to mention, our location is ideal for everything university-related!

Wewent to an event at Mattthew Knight Arenaand it is right across the street! Super convenient!! Not much food in the immediate area. Walls are EXTREMELY thin!!! We heard EVERYTHING fron our neighbors! Difficult to sleep. Beds are soft but comfy. Room was clean and adequate. Pool looked nice but not yet warm enough to use. Would stay again because of location, but ask for an end room. Not much offered for the price.

Was very convenient to the venue we came for. The room was clean beds were amazingly. Parking was good. Only complaint bathroom was very small. Staff was great. Most definitely will book again..comfortable

Room had ants crawling in multiple places. Spiders. Cracks and holes in ceiling and walls. Stains on sheets. And shower made a constant, loud, high pitched squealing when running. Staff on check out acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted to check out. Don’t stay here.

The staff at this property was so helpful and I really appreciated always having someone at the desk. The room was clean. Nothing fancy but it was all I needed for a quick trip!

Stayed here 7 years ago, on the way through Eugene, but time hasn't been kind to the condition of this hotel. Walls had cracks, ceiling fan in the bathroom was old and no heat lamps were hooked up, cold in the morning when its below 0 degrees. Nice staff, but probably not a good choice

They charged me $90 for a stained towel apparently and then won’t hear me out and understand that that is ridiculous. Especially since I know I didn’t stand any towels we didn’t even have anything to stay in towels and they should be using bleach with their products to wear, things are clean things get clean.

So when we got there to check in at 7 o’clock, there was no parking available so we had to park in the very front of the property next to the road. Not in a parking spot. We checked in and went to a concert. When we got back, we went into our room And went straight to sleep. Upon waking up 10,000 times with all the outside I went to the restroom and the floors were disgusting. The floor in front of the sink was soft. Which was scary beans it was on the second floor. Well, packing my bag, I looked up to the left of the TV to see if there was blood splatter on the wall. When I went downstairs to check out to let them know, the guy just rolled his eyes and took my card. So the guy upon check was great. The guy upon leaving was absolutely horribly rude. Would never stay here again please find someplace else.

A pretty standard motel. Staff was pretty strict on rules, like when I could check in without an early fee. Bathroom was cramped, you know, door almost hitting the toilet, barely room to turn around. Rest of room was expansive, even an area with a couch. My key card stopped working after a day, problem they said was common. Clean, and close to university where I was attending workshop.

It was fairly conveniently located, cheaper than surrounding options and it was safe enough, but that’s about where the good things end. The walls were thin and people in rooms surrounding me played club music almost 24/7, the floors were sticky, the shower screeched like a kettle, the connected bathroom light/fan pumped cigarette smoke into the room, the toilet barely flushed, the keycard barely worked and when I checked in with the front desk after it stopped working completely, the attendant was condescending and couldn’t be bothered. The bagels at breakfast were almost shockingly good given everything else, but there’s pretty much no way I would ever stay here again. This is not a hotel/suites, it’s a motel, and they are very lucky surrounding hotels are so expensive.

The people in the room next to me were very loud and appeared to be on drugs. They banged on the walls and my door. The woman at one point was outside in her underwear pounding on the door and screaming at whomever was inside. It was something out of a horror movie. Felt very unsafe.

There are certain situations that are out of our control and domestic disturbances are one of them. We do not have any comments logged from your stay where you requested to move rooms or address any noise complaints. If you had done so, you would have experienced our wonderful staff attentive to your needs. It helps neither of us when you complain about something AFTER you check out, next time, say something and we will do something while you are still here. Was this the only reason you gave us a low review? We have exceptional accommodations that do not reflect this rating at all, and a single instance of a loud neighbor that could have occurred anywhere is hardly a reflection of that and far from our norm.
