“The breakfast was ok, but if you don’t get there early there won't be any or the selection is GREATLY reduced. Like by 8am it's pretty empty. It's supposed to be open until 9am and 10am on the weekend. The pool/hot tub didn’t seem to have posted hours so it seemed pretty random as to when it was open. So one evening we were able to use it until 11pm and then the next night it wasn't open at all. Posted hours would prevent unmet expectation. The air-conditioning unit was extremely loud. It was……

“so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do. as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests.”
