Never coming back

Staff really not friendly. Needed 1 hour to check in, and I was the only one at the balcony. The changed me a fee even when I got the email that everything was payed. Never coming back for sure!

It was a stop over to break up long journey travelling home. Chartres is half way stop. Novotel was lovely, clean, friendly, food delicious and we were able to take our dog! That was the main reason for booking there.

Common areas on main floor (e.g. lobby, reception and pool) all lovely. Upstairs Hallways looked a little tired and scruffy. TV remote and shower handle broken so I let them know. Staff very polite and helpful.

Nice hotel

Pros: Beds were comfortable. The room was large and comfortable by European standards.
This hotel was quite comfortable and was within easy driving distance of the cathedral.

Travelling Holiday

Very disappointed with the hotel for a 4 star 1st room smelt of cigarette smoke, complained were moved this room was tired carpet grubby, furnishings looked old, plastic glasses, paper cups for hot drinks were disappointed.
