The room was nice and clean, good for what we needed. The noise in the hallway through the night and early morning was loud. My husband and son had a hard time sleeping. It is a little worn down.

Was checked into a room that had not been cleaned and had to be moved. Wi-Fi at property was intermittent at best. No vending machines. Grab and go breakfast was next to nothing.

Good value and a great location for Old Town and the Harbor walk with the Victorian mansions. The hotel has good security.

Area was weird due to homeless in the area. But have security to access the hotel and car garage closed the gates over night. Stayed 2 nights and was a very great stay.

during my stay I was helped by 2 different people the lady who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman who helped me did not seem to be aware that I had already paid to extend my stay and kept trying to get me to sign additional documents, including the receipt I brought to show him I had already paid for the additional night. He wanted me to sign me receipt and give it to him.

I didnt like the price going up on the weekend,its not summertime.i was going to stay here for a long time but the price gouging, i really didnt like.i was impressed with the handicap toilet and shower.

Homeless and strangers hanging out in parking lots, we left early because we did not feel safe. Charged us extra for our pet once we arrived but never said anything about it on the website or booking it. There wasn’t a continental breakfast either. Would never stay again.

Pleasant Surprise!
We were pleasantly surprised! From the outside, it doesn't look like much. It even seemed a little scary in the parking garage. Once inside, (after getting off the elevator) we walked into a wonderfully well kept hallway that looked and smelled fresh and clean. The room was very clean, updated and cozy. There was great care making the room clean and comfy. There was quite a bit of construction happening around the property (Oct 2023) so it was noisy in the morning and the streets were tricky to navigate.
