An average hotel

This hotel is just an okay hotel. You get a room that's a bit dated and average size. No microwaves. No refrigerators. No breakfast. It's a bit pricey for what you get. If we're going to Eureka, though, it's a decent hotel for the location. The pool is big and heated, good hot tub. It's a good place for an event or family gathering since they have the Holidome with the pool, hot tub, arcade, and shuffleboard. Overall, just an average hotel. Not bad. Not great.

Staff talked very nice but didn't follow through on anything they said, we had to wait for the room to be inspected but there must have been a mixup, room smelled bad like mildew , floor was not vacuumed , they where supposed to send someone with air freshener never did, they where supposed to move us to another room , never did, wifi did not work second night.

Nice hotel closed to Six Flags St. Louis.

Pros: Convenience & the lobby looked like a castle. Their pool & hot tub are indoors.
Cons: Renovations to update the rooms. For the cost you could get a nicer more updated room somewhere else.
Location: Six Flags.
The staff were nice. The property is conveniently positioned at the entrance of Six Flags St. Louis & they run trolleys back and forth between the park & the hotel. We were told after booking that they had a kitchen fire so no food was available on site. I didn't include that in my ratings, but it would have made the stay easier if some accommodations could have been made. (Maybe a list of businesses/restaurants who would deliver food to the hotel grounds?) This would help people who are not familiar with the area.

fright fest weekend.

Have stayed here before, but this time I was on the outside of the main hotel, nice wooded area, room could have been better cleaned, looked like a cigarette was thrown in the toilet and was floating...(could have been worse). Could have vacuumed a little better, me and my daughter were wearing black pants, picked up a lot of cat hair in the room, either room could have been vacuumed better or change the filter more often, the heat did not work, we didn't check when we got in got cool at night , turned it on like 2 am only to find it not working, called about 8am to the desk, someone was looking at in 10 minutes, the unit needed to be replace the maintenance man was quiet and polite switched out the unit within 20 minutes, (kudos for such prompt service). also we were called prior to our stay about the kitchen being remodeled, not a huge deal, appreciated the call to make us aware. Over all would stay again, very convenient to Great America, walking distance or take the shuttle

The hotel was clean but it look like it was 1980

The only reason worth going here is because it's right by Six Flags do not waste your money. The room was 200 a night it was like a Motel 6 the arcade was asked over a dollar plus per game I spent $20 with my kid within 15 minutes the only Thing good about this place was the pool but not for $200 a night the pictures look great online but do not let it fool you and they did not even have a restaurant when I went there they said it caught fire they did not offer a discounted rate they just said your out of luck and there is a gas station down the road but the rooms did not have fridge Raiders so go figure I will not be going back to this hotel I have stayed at many hotels in the city and less it cost $44 everywhere else is better than this, highly disappointing so let me think of what else I can say because they did not have a place to eat they brought us mini muffins for a complementary breakfast that look like they picked up a couple hundred from Walmart they did have apple juice and orange juice coffee kind of tasted like chocolate milk honestly I cannot say enough about how unhappy I was honestly if it did not cost $200 and they would've priced it accordingly I mean it had a microwave in the hallway in case you had food Who puts a community microwave and a hallway and a hotel and they're charging $200 ..

It is disheartening to learn of your experience and we are sorry you did not have a great experience with us. It is correct there was a fire in the area behind the kitchen and we did experience water damage in our food service area. We are working as fast as possible to get it back up and running. We are trying to reach guests prior arrival and let them know. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Loved shuttle to six flags!

This was a decent hotel, had nice activities for kids. The best part was the shuttle to six flags, made for such an easy and fun day. I know they are under construction with their restaurant, but would have enjoyed getting to eat there.

Six Flags Holiday

This Holiday Inn was within walking distance of Six Flags which was great and You could get on RT 66 Missouri within minutes.Six
