Overpriced with poor conditions.

We have stayed at the Basin before (2nd floor) and it was a great experience. Lovely, unique room next to the spa. So disappointed this time! We stayed on the fifth floor. The room had a box Tv, bathroom sink was in the bedroom, and the tub/toilet room was gross (mold/cracked tile). The room was also right below the bar serving area and it was so loud. We have stayed at nicer hotels in Manhatten for less money than this. I don't understand why the condition of the room was that way, if they are charging $240 a night stay. I understand it's an older hotel and I appreciate the location (right in the middle of downtown) but this room was surprisingly bad. Really affected our stay. Bum deal. Next time we visit Eureka we will be staying somewhere else.

Our apologies once again. I remember sending you an email accompanied with a discount on your recent stay. I never received a response from my email, neither good nor bad, from you. Instead you resorted to bashing us on various social media platforms.
You're welcome for the discount by the way.
Have a great day.
