Convenient and comfortable

The only problem we had was the wifi was extremely slow. But we didn't go on vacation to use the wifi. The people were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient and clean hotel

Room was very good and comfortable. Front desk staff are very friendly. Breakfast options are very limited though. Pancakes and fruits (Apples, Bananas, Oranges) are usually kept in most of other hotels that offer complimentary breakfast. Coffee was a disaster. Very very less coffee powder in it. It was like drinking like a coffee-colored water. All other things in this stay was excellent. Location is very good. Will stay again in this hotel (hoping for a better coffee) next time we visit Eureka Springs.

Thank you for your comment, sorry for the breakfast we tend to charge less for the room so the breakfast is limited. However their was coffee maker in the room as well. Please come again.

Stay only if you need a bed a four walls.

My family and i were in the area and wanted a night out instead of driving back home after a show. I booked the motel based on some reviews. The guy at check in was very nice and all but this motel gives off a no frills feel. Very run down. We had 2 rooms and all 4 beds were broken. Box springs would fold up like a "V". I would not stay here again.

Sorry for your experience, we have good comments about our beds. Most people are comfortable with their own bed at home. Next time come in the office and we can correct this by giving you another room.

Had a wonderful stay. Very quiet and relaxing. Close to the Historic Downtown area. Five minute drive.

The service was great and the rooms where good and clean for the price. They have a shuttle service available to and from the historic downtown area. Very handy!

Blood-soaked Mattress Nightmare

Pros: The price.
Cons: Cleanliness and empowering the staff to make accommodations as required.
My expectations were low given that there were no other vacancies in town and that this motel was priced so inexpensively - but a blood (or vomit or feces) soaked and stained mattress is unacceptable under any circumstances. While the staff person on duty was nice, apologetic, and readily agreed this was not acceptable, there was no other room to offer us and he did not have the authority to offer or authorize an immediate refund. He assured me that leaving a mattress in this state in a room was "obviously a mistake" (presumably made by the cleaning staff,) he went on to say how difficult it is to find and clean everything when you're dealing with "brown stains on the walls and brown stains on the chairs and brown stains on the mattresses..." I stopped him there and let him know I didn't need to hear any more. To be fair, we did get a full refund (eventually, after 2 days and 2 phone calls to Expedia,) although the manager asked that, in exchange, we agree not to post any negative comments or reviews. I did not agree to those terms and feel very compelled to share this review and photos, and I rely so heavily myself on reviews left by others.

Check your bed!

The room was in good condition and had the appearance of being clean. However, when I was preparing to go to bed, I had many small bugs for company. I was given another room that upgraded me to spiders. The rest of my night was spent driving the fun, twisty roads of the Ozarks in complete foggy darkness due to no other vacancies in Eureka Springs.
