Extremely good hotel, with very nice staff.

A well-run hotel, with excellent, friendly staff. A very spacious, comfortable room. Just outside the city centre, in the 'European' zone, it's only a short tram ride into the centre. Quiet and uncrowded. Very international clientele.

Great stay in Strasbourg

The room was very good. Had a nice view and was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were exceptional. The location was also convenient for catching a short tram ride into central Strasbourg. There was a dedicated parking lot for the hotel as well.

an almost 5 star great hotel

beautiful city & excellent hotel , a little far from centrum (almost 30min walking) but easy by going with tram with very low price , going by car to centrum is not recommend for the expensive parking and also delay at traffic lights

Upgraded!

At check-in the reception double upgraded my family of 4 to a suite on the executive level. It was just what we needed! The concierge even gave us free tickets to the wine expo! Great hotel with a tram stop right outside that will put you anywhere in the city!

Hotel close to tram stop

We stayed for 3 nights. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with an update, it's decor is very old. So if you're after modern and fresh - this hotel isn't for you. The beds are a little firmer than other hotels that I have visited, so it wasn't the most comfortable sleep, but the hotel was quiet and the room clean. The hotel is located near a tram stop with easy access into the city centre.
