Not worth the price I was charged.

Pros: Staff was very polite
Cons: Get rid of the flies and other insects.
Location: Not much to do nearby, train horn(s) throughout the night. Rather sketchy non-guests walking around the parking lot at various hrs.
The room is decent if all you are looking for is a place to sleep. Unfortunately, the constant noises around the area made this impossible.

Just typical average no nonsense Hotel.

Pros: The Hotel is very convenient on US 85 when trying to avoid Denver nightmare traffic on I 25 and heading either north or south to/ from Black Hills
Cons: The Hotel needs remodeling. The concrete in second floor balcony is wearing out and it looks bad. Access to coffee and donuts or muffins for morning
Location: Not a whole lot close by. You have to pretty much go find what you need. No close quality restaurant but then again we are talking Evans,CO.
I stayed at this Hotel the night before the big eclipse. I had zero issues with reservation, or getting into room. However, hotel was severely overbooked like all hotels in the area. There was not enough staff. I felt sorry for the newly hired girl as she explained that her manager quit earlier in the day after dealing with bad customers. Saw several nasty customers while waiting to get checked in. People just assumed that any hotel they stopped at will give them a room which is crazy. Saw a couple be extra rude and nasty despite the hotel making special arrangements for them to stay. Others had multiple reservations but non were confirmed reservations which gets cancelled by hotels and booking agencies all the time. Hats off to the poor girl on her fist day in dealing with rude and nasty people who think they owned the world and can tell anyone how to run their business. Room was clean. However, TV and items in the room were deliberately set in Spanish. So, watching TV or reading anything could be a problem if you do not know Spanish. Luckily, I know Spanish and could navigate the Spanish menu for TV to get it to play in English. Could not set it back to English as it was master set to Spanish.

we want to thank you for staying with us and do apologize for any inconvience you may of had staying with us. We dont have a breakfast but we do offer oatmeal packets and granola bars. As remodeling goes, we are in process of getting this place to where it needs to be.

It was nice for a night stay. Shower felt a little confined and the water ended up all over the floor. It was a nice place and the night was nice for just one stay.

Worst experience ever

Unfortunately, this was my worst experience ever at a hotel. The swimming pool was down for over a week, my entry key would only work for one time, so I had to get it re-keyed everyday, the TV went out, had to be rebooted, the remote needed batteries too, and the internet worked sometimes, but hardly at all. Also, I was in a non smoking room/section of the building, so all my neighbors came outside and smoked and I could smell it all the time. The staff was nice, but you could see they were frustrated with everything too. Someone pulled the fire alarm one day, and we all had to evacuate.....like I said, worst experience ever!

Loud neighbors

Pros: Good coffee
Cons: Better booking.
Location: Greeley CO. Two museums, good restaurants. Close to a gas station/convenience store.
After the first night we were moved to a second, quieter room. Weather caused a computer malfunction so at 1 am. We had people trying to get in our room. Pool was closed all three days of our stay.

Small Rooms & Small Beds

The air conditioner did not turn on due to the outside temp being so cool. We were hot and uncomfortable and checked out in the middle of the night and went to another hotel. Had I known this was a smoking hotel I would not have picked it as the room stunk of old cigarette smoke. I would like a refund.
