It was clean, the hotel staff was excellent, friendly, my only concern was the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs which permeated into the bedroom area, i did not complain but i did let the front desk know when i checked, and she made a note about it

Love this place super clean super friendly staff nice people going in and out of the hotel at all times only one time did I get a room that had like chocolate smeared on the walls and the bathroom wasn’t completely clean, but it was like little stuff that could’ve been easily missed Other than that really enjoy staying at this hotel

Staff was efficient and courteous. Room rate was reasonable. Housekeeping was great. Room was a stuffy and the ventilation system didn't seems to work properly.

Customer service was friendly but charged me for water bottles (placed in the room) when they seemed complimentary. Additionally, the bathroom had no fan ventilation and the thermostat would not control the temperature (was always hot).

There was a wedding Saturday night in the top floor. It was so loud the Bass shook our room on the 9th floor. some other guests were complaining to the staff as well.

This property was spotlessly clean, quiet, offered abundant parking, well appointed room with a luxuriously comfortable king bed at a very affordable price. In my opinion, it is a bargain find.

We were there for a rhythmic gymnastics competition. It was a quick weekend trip. We love staying at doubletree hotels because of the delicious cookies. This particular trip, the staff was kind and helpful, the hotel was very clean and updated, the rooms were large and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. If we have future trips to Chicago, this will be our go to hotel.

The check-in process was the very best I have ever had. The hotel was classy, quiet, and clean. The server at the restaurant was a bit scatter brained, but overall was an excellent experience!

This should have been a rave review. The hotel is very nice with an excellent restaurant. But some things should be noted. The outside of the building was a bit littered. The front desk was a mess. The desk attendants were friendly but a bit harried, and answering the phone from our room took a bit too long. The ice machine on our floor was out of order during our entire stay. Worse, after a long day out of the hotel we returned at 6 pm to find that our room had not been made up. Front desk’s excuse was they must have been short staffed. Wrong answer! Housekeeping finally brought up new towels and took out the trash but had to be called back to remove the dirty towels! None of the above was enough to ruin our stay, but these flaws made the difference between great and just average.

I always do booking through Expedia this time also I didi the same when I went to the check In staff ask me to to pay first which is so embarrassing.
I check my transactions it says already paid but the staff said I can’t see here you paid you need to pay fist.
Then again I paid with other card and I hope I won’t do booking through Expedia next time thanks

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
They never cleaned my room and when I returned at 5:30 pm could not clean it because the cleaning crews left at 4 pm. I then asked for 2 each of coffee, creamer and artificial sweetener for the next morning and someone came to the room and gave me a bag with at least a dozen of each but with about 50 packets of sugar and no artificial sweetener. Then the cleaning crew knocked on my door at 7:30 the next morning and woke me up.
