We got to Quality Inn around 9pm, we rang the bell for over 5 minutes; finally the receptionist came out carrying her TV dinner! We would have left had we not reserved it through Expedia. Then we would've spent another hour dealing with moving hotels. I brought 2 Frozen dinners, one for breakfast. First room didn't have microwave, so we asked to use the breakfast area microwave, but they said our room should have one, and they would have to roll it out from the kitchen or move us to another room. So we moved. The fridge in this room had no freezer. The heater element stayed on so we just turned the fan on all night, but woke up in the middle of the night freezing with it registering 50 degrees, so had to turn the heater back on. Also noticed later the toilet seat was taped together, barely noticeable. The coffee maker still had the old coffee pod in it from previous use. There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra roll, so my husband went to the front desk to get TP, and the guy asked, "do you really need it?" Husband said, "yes, I need it! We need to use the bathroom!" So the guy said "I'll have to ask house keeping when she gets here." Shawn said "you gotta be kidding!" He said "I don't know where it is." Husband said "I guess I'll go steal some from that bathroom by the lobby to take back to my wife in the room." So after we ate a good breakfast sausage & eggs, husband went to use the lobby bathroom and they still hadn't replaced the tp.

My husband, son and mynself live staying here but we wish the beds were just a little more comfortable. The beds are too hard. Otherwise it is an awesome bplace to stay

Upon arrival it looked run down but when I went in the lobby looks updated so I was thinking it would be good and almost fit with the pictures on the website. Well after waiting for 10 mins in a completely empty lobby for someone to come to the desk a lady came and fairly annoyed asked if I had a reservation. I did and she showed me where my room should be on the back side of the hotel door facing outside. I asked about the choice privilege points to see if we could put the number on and she said no because we rented the room online she handed me the keys I went to look at the room. I ordered a 1 bed not two as I get weirded out by two in a room with no one in it. I went back to tell her the room wasn’t what I wanted she’s like it’s two beds deal with it very rudely. I left took pictures of the room then left to go have dinner when I returned I walked through the lobby to the back where my room it was completely dark and the employee was standing outside and saw I was hesitant to walk towards my room, because of how dark it was she stared got annoyed and kind of laughed when she walked back in. the outside lights didn’t come on until after I got into my room I couldn’t really see without my phones flashlight. The room well, visitor beware the doors hinges were bent you could see the outside coming through the door, there were cracks, soiled carpet, stained linen, animal hair on the beds. Hot water took 20 mins to warm up. Rude staff and horrible room noisey.

Staff were friendly and check in was fast and efficient. Lobby stairs had food remnants on several steps, which was brought to staff attention at check in and was not cleaned up during our stay. Room was overall satisfactory, but the microwave was not clean.

The hotel was welcoming, convenient and comfortable. The only problem was a fresh bath towel that had a large brown stain. Yuck.

DON'T DO IT!
the pics look great, the reality is the opposite. the front and back lobby doors were standing wide open b/c of a strong mildew odor, there were big holes in the bed clothes, the tub/shower had a black dirt ring around it (clearly had not been cleaned), plaster was falling off the wall around the tub/shower, uncaring and unfriendly staff, in TERRIBLE overall condition, outdated, you could see outside with the door shut. the purpose of this post is to warn you about this dump, you deserve to know the truth when trying to pick a place to stay.

The first room we had was not cleaned properly. Bed was sloppy and the second d bed had no pillow cases on the pillows. Second room was nasty as well. Leather on the desk chair was all torn up. No microwave. Nasty crappy fixed hole in the ceiling and both rooms smelled musty. Neither my mom , my daughter or myself will ever stay there again

In customer service, they are rude. The cleaning is horrible. They don't clean the tub. The bathtub curtain is dirty and it looks like they haven't cleaned the toilet in a long time. I would not recommend coming here.

I don't believe anybody cleaned our room since the prior guests. The carpets were dirty and there was still trash on the dresser. There was dried piss or puke between the toilet and the bathtub. Choice Hotels should be ashamed to have such a place connected to their name. Don't stay here.
