Overall this was a very nice hotel. The pools was really nice, clean, and big. The breakfast was amazing, hot, and had a big variety of options to choose from.

When we arrived the computers for Drury nation wide were down. So all we could do was sit in the lobby. No extra customer service or any information as to how long we had to wait. So although our stay was good, they had the opportunity to make our good stay much better but they didn’t go above and beyond to serve their customers.

We love staying at Drury. The eating amenities are amazing. We were able to enjoy a nice breakfast, cocktails, and a light dinner that was all included in our costs. We will continue to stay at Drury Inns wherever they are available. The staff was super friendly and everything was very clean. We felt right at home there. Great job Drury!

Contacted front desk about another room being loud, music, walls shaking. Not addressed. Had a 2 yr old who was interrupted for sleep, over 2 hrs. Room had been smoked in prior to stay. Evening and morning guest food was awful, no plates, limited food. Not our Best Experience here!!!!! Huggy was amazing as usual!!!!

The night before Christmas Eve, as most of those who celebrate the holidays found we too, had a packed filled day and weren't sure how to do it all. My husband worked 3rd shift, we had to travel, and he still had to sleep before 11:00am. for brunch and Christmas celebrations is family. I couldn't see any way possible to fit everything in. I explained and they had solutions. The staff was exceptional, everyone worked hard, smiling *NOT on their phones. Very attentive to guests and going out of their way to take care of each guest as they were able. Very Impressed with almost everything about this place. This is the first time we've been that the hot tub was luke warm. I got in anyway due to having back surgery recently (didn't submerge the area) and would have loved a nice hot tub experience on the leg that was affected by the ruptured disk surgery. The lack of hot water almost got to me, but our Christmas was spent in a nice hotel with our now grown young people and we couldn't have asked for more. The other thing I noticed was during the meals, things did get messy on the counters and around the area floors. Staff was quickly there to make up for the mess. This group of people are exceptional in my opinion. Oh yea, did I mention it was Christmas? They worked with smiles, helpful information, and a cheery disposition throughout the stay. Thank you staff, not only for working, but having a wonderful attitude. You helped make our Christmas brighter.

Overall decent hotel. Beds were decent, but none of these hotels put blankets on the beds anymore. We brought our own thank goodness. Their happy hour/reception is extremely generous, though we didn’t get to take advantage of it. Breakfast was very good. Overall good value. Our only beef was that they knocked on our door at 7:45am for room service! For a one night stay when we were checking out that day. ??? My wife and kids weren’t too happy about that.

The staff needs to have additional help and assistance. The "meal" last night was not nearly as good as in previous visits. Then this morning the hard boiled eggs were coated in ice. The juice was not tasty and items were not restocked

Everything, all way around, was quite wonderful except the bedding and cleanliness of any non-visible surfaces. The sheets and inner blankets were tinted yellow in what looked like obvious urine stains. Maybe clean, but an unpleasant sight for sure. Being on the paranoid side, we check thoroughly for bedbugs and it looks like nothing in the room is ever cleaned beyond the outermost layers (behind the bed, under it, between the mattress and frame, etc were all quite rough). The underside of one mattress looked like someone spilled a red cream soda across the whole underside. 3/4ths of the surface was a bright red and still wet. We were on a tight schedule (late check-in, early check-out) and already exhausted, so we just made do the best we could. Everything else truly was indeed wonderful though. The location, the quality of the building/area, the breakfast, the staff we interacted with were all very kind and accommodating.

We reserved a handicapped room for our 90 year old mother to be comfortable days ahead of our trip. someone booked over us. Thankfully tim fixed things. The breakfast was not what we usually get at the hotel. If it weren't for Tim, we would never stay here again.

In all the hotels I’ve stayed at this hotel had the most amazing staff ever! The hotel was a bit older but it was clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable!

I stay at Drurys whenever they are in the town I travel to, the Staff is always well trained and very accommodating, breakfast is always great, and cocktail hour is very comfortable after a long day. Beds are always great for sleeping

Nice hotel
Front was very friendly. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice and water pressure was good. Only complaint was sink was stopped up but as I was checking I no one ever came to fro t deal even after I use the phone like the sign said to do. I would stay again it was easy in and out and lots of restaurants near by.
