Nice place to stay. Staff is easy to work with and very flexible. Laura was very accommodating. Close to plenty of good places to eat. Many within walking distance.

Room appeared clean but outdated. Stairs between floors were dirty with white powder and peoples belongings (toothbrush and clothes) scattered near the window. Snack bars packaged muffins for free breakfast. Spend the extra money and stay at Marriott for a hot breakfast and nicer rooms!

The staff was not very inviting. They also did not tell me where I should go to get to my room or about the breakfast, etc. I basically had to figure out everything on my own. Also the 2nd night the people above me were very noisy til 3-4 am after that I finally could fall asleep for a few hours since my kids woke up early.

Hair had to be removed from the shower drain and sink drain. There were food crumbs and waste still scattered about the kitchen and throughout the refrigerator. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly which is not acceptable. When these issues were brought to the workers at the front desk they were not interested at all. They just said that their manager wasn’t there today. I am expecting a call from the manager today but that has not happened yet.

I’ve stayed here many times over the last 3 years but seems like each time it gets worse. . 1. There was drunk Mexicans standing around by cars and doors and made it feel unsafe. 2. They came in around 2 AM and was loud next door waking you up. 3. The dog next door barked ALL night LONG. 4. The halls smelt of nothing but pure weed. It will be my last time staying there as I didn’t feel safe.

Not recommended for any sort of stay
Booked room was not cleaned when checked in. Looked as if someone was squatting in the room. Night clerk, Chris, was very helpful. Few other rooms available so were downgraded to smaller room. Supposed to get discounted rate, not sure at this time whether that has happened. Bathroom sink in downgraded room was clogged with hair and who knows what else. Day clerk (did not get name) was informed. She said it would be looked at but acted disinterested. Sink still clogged when we returned later that evening. Chris, the night clerk, was informed and the sink was unclogged when we returned from eating out that evening. Very loud disturbances that night by other guests, banging doors, shouting and popping sounds that were not identified. Scary enough that we checked out as soon as we could get ready and packed in the morning. Was told by day clerk that they could not discount the room for the downgrade and we would be mailed something to get a free room at a later date. Will NOT be staying here again, even if we do get free room certificate.

A bad experience all around.
We had ants in the room. The phone didn't work to tell the front desk about it. The bathroom door didn't shut correctly or at all. Also, the TV didn't work half of the time. And the bathroom was disgusting.

Have stayed 3 different weeks, Rooms degrade the higher floor your given. NONE of the toilets flush very good, (won't flush a cigarette butt, lol). Rooms are roomy and good layout. With a few exceptions, the staff do not like their job and not very friendly.

The staff was nice. My hotel was close to food places and the freeway. My bed did not have bugs. My bathroom was cleanish. I couldn't hear anyone unless they were right outside my door. I had a full size fridge and microwave. I wasn't comfortable putting bare feet on the floor. The shower had NO pressure. There was smoking of some sort going on in the hallways. Breakfast was coffee, hot chocolate packets and small granola bars. The gym had a treadmill, elliptical machine and TV in a room that felt like a heat box with no water.

There was too much noise with people talking loud until 11 pm. The toilet would not stop running unless we pulled the lid off and adjusted the plunger. We saw a bug crawling across the kitchen floor.

We will NOT stay here again!
When we arrived the office was locked. I had to bang on the door for someone to let me in. We had booked a one room suite so we could all stay together. We ended up getting two rooms. They were filthy. One of the hide a beds did not work and they were very dirty. There was zero water pressure in the shower and the sink in the bathroom was super low. The beds were very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. The parking lot was littered with cigarettes and trash. We will NOT ever stay here again.

This place was ok, it’s nothing fancy and just a place to stay with a kitchen. I wish the pull out couch was a better mattress but it is what it is... The main bed was comfortable just a tight squeeze when the pull out is open as well.

Would have been perfect --- if I were filming a horror movie?! Beyond filthy and dated. Disgusting torn carpet, chipped laminate on sinks and counters, dirty cabinets, rusted oven from 1980's. Sheets had stains and beds were falling apart. Front doors were locked at only 8pm, several guests in parking lot smoking weed near no smoking signs. Honestly can't believe the brand allows this hotel to operate. Also, no breakfast service or even in room coffee, no shampoos, no cups, no ice, no in room phone --- The front desk said it was to "keep us safe during coronavirus" --- but still same prices, of course? I'm sort of traumatized by the whole experience really.

The door was locked when we got there, staff ran around for 10 mins before checking me in and couldn’t find the person to help me, when did, that person was very rude. Only pillows on one bed, sign before lobby said call before going to lobby, no way to call lobby from room, only got busy signal. When talked to staff, was told they didn’t have any more pillows. Staff finally located two, we needed more. Only two plastic cups in room with full kitchen. Room was very large, tiny bathroom. No breakfast, even when it was advertised. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff had no clue what they were doing, room was not completely room-serviced, and services advertised were not offered. If we had needed this hotel for more than just sleep, would have been a nightmare. With so many other hotels in the same area, choose another hotel!!!!

I like that even in the smaller room i had a full kitchen . I wanna cook sometimes so its realy nice to have . But what I didn't like and what won't ever have me back there again . They had a group staying and it had the entire hotel completely packed and while I've been staying there it jacked the rate up 40 more a night . But i had no clue that this group was gonna be staying there and i think if someone has been staying there they should be told that can be a possibility . That with this group the hotel can fill up and and u may have to pay nearly 40 dollars more a night then what u have been . But i had no idea and next i know the rate was so high i couldnt afford it and with only hours to plan i had to leave the hotel because i couldn't nearly a hundred dollars a night . It was a completely miserable experience due to it raining and having to sleep in my car with all my things
