Moving our children to the community and it got very late - we were tired. Checked in very late. Beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable- time to replace. The hooks on the curtains were not hooked to Rod they were just hanging. Went to front desk asking to buy toothpaste n toothbrush but they didn’t have any. No more Fairfield’s for this family.

Double whammy
The first room we stayed in smelled like dog and pet urine. We then moved to a room that we thought was better until we found a bed bug on our mattered. We paid over $150 a night and had a miserable experience. After we found the bug, we Moved to a neighboring hotel.

I can not say enough good things about my stay which was seven days long. Staff was wonderful.... facility was great and the complimentary breakfast was the best that I have every had and a lot of other people said the same thing. Great location and just a wonderful hotel and I will be staying there for my future trips back home. The only part that I did not like was that the smokers were trying to get out of the rain and was right at the front door while smoking. I'm asthmatic so that was an issue for me.... still gave it FIVE stars for every thing else.

Clean room, but give us some outlets please
Room was clean, though on the small side, bed was comfortable and breakfast bar was acceptable. But I wonder if the people who design these rooms ever actually use them? There's a desk, but no outlets to charge a phone or laptop. The desk chair was unstable and creaky. The AC was loud. There was a small coffee maker, but no outlet to plug it into, so you have to carry it to the bathroom.

Had a late check in, but an employee at the front desk had everything ready for us. Room was clean. Hallways looked like they could use a little upkeep, but we were overall very happy with our stay. The bed was one of the first hotel beds that didn’t destroy our backs so we were thrilled! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone & everyone.

Cleanliness was average but the bed was comfortable. Minimal amount of noise so no issues sleeping. Breakfast was typical hotel food with good selection. Would consider staying here again if in the area.

Ice storm hit the area and the property didn’t have crews out to care for the parking lots or sidewalks. This put customers in a very dangerous situation.

Our stay met the high we have for Fairfield Inn. The location, facilities, and service were excellent. The only issue we had was an untrimmed tree that was against our window and made a good bit of noise in the wind.

I always enjoy my stay here, can walk to Texas Roadhouse or Bar Louie’s, great breakfast, nice little outdoor poor, great parking, quiet rooms. Only drawback, limited electric plugs in rooms. That needs to be updated. Great Wi-Fi though!

A nice stay
Hotel was fine, room was clean & bed was comfy. The pool however was quite cloudy/dirty. There was even a very large & very dead plant still in the pool area. That was disappointing so we did not use the pool. But overall, our stay was nice.
