Staff was very friendly and the hotel was great for an overnight stay. The breakfast was awesome with the pancake maker! My grandson said they had the best orange juice and yogurt he ever had! :)

Recently modernized. Loved the great lighting in the room and new sink/bathroom area and comfortable bed.. Very nice lamps and chair. Breakfast was great with sausage, eggs, cheese omelet,sausage gravy and biscuits plus the usual options.

Rock hard Matress’s only on this Hotel
Bad mattress’s. I use Holiday atleast weekly. This is a Holiday Inn that was bought out from a brand. Holiday Inn had great mattress’s on my other Holidays Inns this one was terrible. Now I will now automatically go to Holiday Inn.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable. We tried to call on our way there and no one answered the phone. We got there and the lobby smelled like marajuana. The guy at the front desk finally comes out to greet me and his eyes were so squinty from being high. The elevator stated the inspection was expired.

First time at this property. The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and kind. The rooms were very modern and well maintained. We had a trailer with us and had plenty of room to park it.

Upon check in the desk clerk was very unfriendly. When asked about finding somewhere to go for pizza was told “I don’t eat pizza so I don’t really know”. He also seemed intoxicated and smelt of marijuana. When we came to the front desk for additional linens, clerk was in the back office room, very loud and unprofessional. Hotel itself was not very clean. Morning breakfast was disappointing.

The case of the missing lightbulb
The light bulb in the bedroom was gone, It had been taken away and not replaced. I went to the front desk and the night manager could not access a light bulb as he needed the Managers approval. This he could not get. So I suggested taking the light bulb from the check in desk. He could not do it so I did it myself. Much to my amusement the next morning the desk clerk was sitting at a dark desk. It did not seem to concern her.

Holiday Inn North was the perfect location from EVV and points north. Room comfortable, breakfast was just ok. I would like to see Holiday Inn use real serve ware and silverware instead of all the styrofoam...too much waste. Price right too for a three night stay.

I accidentally booked at this hotel and within 10 minutes realized it was the wrong state, Expedia contacted the hotel and the staff agreed to cancel the reservation and give a refund, just needed the manager to refund the next day. I didn’t stay at the hotel and no effort was put into my reservation, but I got denied my refund.

over all our stay was good the pool has a funky odor to it not sure if its from the farm smells around or what and you defin want to stay on the top floor the ones below on 3 are loud from those above you.

Overall good experience. Very clean and nice place. Only issues we had was our blind was completely stripped out and could not open or close it and no black out curtain/blind in front so it got extremely bright in the room early in the morning. We had to hang a blanket over our window to sleep in.

We had a wonderful stay here! My family from Poland came to visit and by then we were on the road so long. Everything was great! Beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, delicious breakfast and wonderful staff! The guy that checked us in was so helpful and very kind, and the lady in breakfast area was so positive and friendly, she made us all feel welcome. If we ever have to stay at a hotel in the area, we will sure be back.

The pool was closed. The floors have no insulation so you hear people walking all night long over head. Clean enough, good beds.

Wi-Fi, cable, phone lines were all out. The pool was also closed. There wasn’t even a mention of being able to get a refund or any kind of discount. The room was also not cleaned well at all. There was residue inside of the mini fridge. There was a broken plastic fork under the pull out bed. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are like sleeping on a piece of cardboard. I DO NOT recommend staying here. Find somewhere else, this was a mistake.

Unfortunately due to the storms in the area there was no cable or internet. But the front desk made sure to.say something first thing. Room was quiet and comfortable. Pool area, breakfast area and libby were all clean.
