Clean hotel but no Hot tub!

Pros: The breakfast was good and the beds were comfy. The rooms were also very clean.
Cons: Get a hot tub!
Location: Wish it was a little closer to Evansville. Nothing to do right near the hotel!
We take our staff for an overnight stay every December to relax and shop. We always enjoy coming back to the hotel after a long day of shopping and getting in the hot tub and talking but this hotel does not have a hotel so we probably won't be coming back. We also had to take cold showers because we ran out of hot water in our rooms after one shower.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel.

Pros: Modern decor. Simple breakfast available with a fair amount of variety. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.
Cons: Bathroom ceiling vent needed to be dusted, otherwise everything was clean and nice.
Location: We were just passing through so we did not visit anything locally. We liked that it was close to the airport so we could pick up the extra rental car.
We had a great experience for our overnight stay. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Everything was very well thought out and nicely decorated.

Pool was being worked on.

We liked the hotel. The location was good for us because we needed to be near I-64. If you plan on doing a lot in Evansville, it's far from everything, but it's what we needed. The room was really nice and the staff was great. The drawback was that the pool was being repainted and not in service. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the indoor heated pool. The kids were disappointed they didn't get to enjoy it, and I was disappointed that I wasn't informed about the pool when I booked the room.

Would have been better if the pool had been functional. Nothing on website about the pool being closed for repairs.

Evansville stay

Pros: The hotel was new and the room was modern, clean, and roomy.
Cons: This probably cannot be improved upon but we could hear the movements of guests above us. We could hear walking and moving things.
Location: We stayed only one night but it was close the what we wanted to do.
Overall our experience was good. The reservation staff was courteous and helpful. The facility was clean and well maintained. Wa look forward to returning again.

Drugs in the room

I could smell Marijuana as soon as I went in to my non smoking room. There was Marijuana in the bed side night stand with cigars and on the bench under the TV. Was reported and seen by the hotel staff. Should have gotten money back and left but just drove for 12 hours. Who knows what else was not cleaned since that all was missed.

We appreciate your feedback. This is a non smoking hotel and It is against the law in Indiana to smoke with in 8' of the building. Unfortunately some don't uphold the law. We certainly don't condone this behavior and impose a fine when we find out about it. I apologize and regret that you encountered this during your stay. Pros: Spacious, clean, modern, gym , lean design, free parking, close to grocery store
Cons: The pool was closed and there was no spa. Coffee was cold in the lobby

Great staff, comfortable room

Very helpful gentleman at check-in offered a no-cost upgrade to provide us a room away from the pool area due to a large number of children and feared noise "issues" near our original room. Great hospitality from all of the staff. The location is not scenic by any means but, it allows for quick and convenient access to the interstate for our travel needs.
