Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel. Looked remodeled so our room was very nice. Was clean and in a nice, quiet area. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Would stay again!

Convenient location

Location was near food and gas. Hotel was clean with a nice breakfast. Only criticism would be the bathroom. It could use more hooks or towel bars for you to put your clothes on while showering and a place to put wet towels. Also a grab bar in tub would be good.

Unprofessional service staff

Customer service support was awful. Very noisy and put near laundry and maintenance area. Also, hear impaired area and constant doors slammed. With staff doing the same. Well never go to this hotel or even recommend it to my friends or family!!

Our housekeeping staff doesn't begin work until 9 am so they will not disturb our guests during their sleep. I have also instructed them to be mindful of our guests while on their shift.
