Very nice, clean, modern hotel.

Pros: Modern decor. Simple breakfast available with a fair amount of variety. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.
Cons: Bathroom ceiling vent needed to be dusted, otherwise everything was clean and nice.
Location: We were just passing through so we did not visit anything locally. We liked that it was close to the airport so we could pick up the extra rental car.
We had a great experience for our overnight stay. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Everything was very well thought out and nicely decorated.

Nice place

Would have been better if the pool had been functional. Nothing on website about the pool being closed for repairs.

We appreciate your feedback. I apologize for you not getting to enjoy the pool during your visit. We repainted the pool and it requires several days of drying. We reported it was closed on the IHG website but it takes a few days to filter out to the other booking sites. I hope you will visit us again so we can show you a better experience.

Evansville stay

Pros: The hotel was new and the room was modern, clean, and roomy.
Cons: This probably cannot be improved upon but we could hear the movements of guests above us. We could hear walking and moving things.
Location: We stayed only one night but it was close the what we wanted to do.
Overall our experience was good. The reservation staff was courteous and helpful. The facility was clean and well maintained. Wa look forward to returning again.

Drugs in the room

I could smell Marijuana as soon as I went in to my non smoking room. There was Marijuana in the bed side night stand with cigars and on the bench under the TV. Was reported and seen by the hotel staff. Should have gotten money back and left but just drove for 12 hours. Who knows what else was not cleaned since that all was missed.

We appreciate your feedback. This is a non smoking hotel and It is against the law in Indiana to smoke with in 8' of the building. Unfortunately some don't uphold the law. We certainly don't condone this behavior and impose a fine when we find out about it. I apologize and regret that you encountered this during your stay. Pros: Spacious, clean, modern, gym , lean design, free parking, close to grocery store
Cons: The pool was closed and there was no spa. Coffee was cold in the lobby

Poorly built by the sounds of it...

Pros: Everything would have been 5 stars but the walls and floors/ceilings are so thin you can hear everything above and below and next to you.
Cons: The lack of noise suppression. If you are staying here, bring your own whitenoise to drown out the noise from all the neighbors above, below, and next to you. We were called by the front desk to be quiet, and we were just walking on the floors normally. We heard the people above us just like they were in our room with us. Had to put on background noise just to drown out all the noise!!
Location: Location is fine, everything is fine except it is NOISY!!

Out of town

Hotel was nice, but it is out of town and I wouldn't consider it in Evansville. Could hear people above us walking around. Breakfast was good and the room was clean

Five star place at a 3 star price

Pros: very comfortable bed
Cons: maybe a ice machine on the 4th floor?
I was very impressed with this place. Saw the pictures on the website,but they did not do this place justice. It was way better in person. Very modern looking decor. Room was super clean. And the bed was so comfortable,my wife was in la la land in about 5 mins after hitting the bed. We stayed on a weekend ,and I have to say the breakfast bar was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.The parking lot was very well lit so there was little worries about leaving the motorcycles out overnight. I've stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Express's and this one by far is my favorite. If I had to pick one thing that wasn't quite up to par. It would be the lack of a ice machine on the 4th floor.( but it really wasn't a big deal)

Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, ok breakfast.

Have stayed here twice now, and booked for a third time on next road trip. Very pleasant staff and super clean rooms. Wish I could give it full 5 stars. Breakfast is good, but not great. That's the only downside of this hotel. Cinnamon rolls are excellent, but healthier options were less available, and lack of real butter was unpleasant. For a yogurt/granola/real eggs/real fruit person (and real butter on toast), the breakfast was lacking , and the coffee was not nice. I've had worse hotel breakfasts, but most that I've had were better. If I preferred sweets at breakfast, my rating would be higher, as the cinnamon rolls were superb.
