Disappointed that the ceiling in our room was peeling badly. Most likey from water leakage. Hotel should make repairs or not put guests in rooms that need significant repair.

One of our biggest things when staying at any hotel is cleanliness. While the room was adequate in size, it could use a little upgrading and a good thorough clean. In-room microwaves and coffee pots are great features to have, but when they look like they haven't been cleaned/wiped down in ages, they are essentially rendered useless. There was an abnormally high amount of visible "crud" on the outside of each of these appliances (pretty sure the microwave was from the 70s) in our room, so we didn't touch them. Thank the Heavens they had fresh coffee downstairs. There were also crushed Doritos in the bottom of the closet, some sort of splatters/drippings on the bathroom door, and random hairs (definitely not ours) found on one of the beds. So while it's fantastic that they offer complimentary breakfast downstairs in the morning, we bypassed this entirely since we were concerned about the general cleanliness of the establishment. Other things to note are multiple inoperable electrical plugs in the room and the overwhelming smell of weed in the elevator and the floor we were on.

Pro: It is located in a convenient area where you can access or exit easily (I-69 and other main roads). Con: Looked like the hotel was renovated some years ago, but maintenance is kind of absent. The bathroom door did not close as should be, the room door have some damage on the outside side (like a dog bites). This time we spent two night there and, unfortunately in front of our room there were some ladies that were having a party with loud music, people slamming the door every time they were in and out of the room. So, our stay was half enjoyable. The hotel was sold out so we had to stay in our room for the entire stay.

Our room was dirty. Under the sink in bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. We had a suite, but the couch was very stained and dirty. The smell of marijuana in the hallway was horrible!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the experience and will definitely return when in the area. Bathroom door handle installed backwards so door would not shut and stayed ajar.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms and public areas were clean. Bed sheets were very soft and comfortable. Could use a new and bigger elevator. Breakfast was standard, staff kept hot items fresh and always stocked. The area was safe and there was plenty of parking. Would visit again.

The Stay was Awesome, Hotel was Super clean, staff was Great. Bed was comfortable. My PROBLEM was with the App we used to book the hotel. Price was $35 so it came to $46 with tax. It asked if I wanted to use my $40 key points I had accumulated.i guess when I chose yes. It Defaults to the Regular price so they took the $40 off $86 for the room and I still owed 46. I don't feel I should have lost what I had earned because the app had a great deal on the Hotel

We were there 3 nights, property and rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Free breakfast was good, only complaints I have is for a Laquinta the bed was not up to there usual comfort and we had a room next to lobby, it was so loud. Everyone talking and getting food woke us up every morning. Walls paper thin. Overall a good stay though. Would stay again but maybe not so close to lobby.
