Area had tornados and property was without power for 4 days prior to our arrival. The indoor heated pool was very cold. Attributing to power loss. The outdoor patio area was full of junk like old laundry machines and a/c units. Looked junky and not from the storm. Breakfast was less than palatable one morning of our 3 day stay. Tasted like a whole shaker of salt was in the sausage gravey. The staff was very pleasant and friendly but overall just average.

Somewhat disappointed.
First the room was to be non smoking but it smelled of smoke when you entered. After a few minutes inside it didn't bother us. There's a shelf just inside the door that there was something spilled on. Wasn't cleaned up while we were there. Washcloth from a precious stay behind the night stand, half bar of soap behind the toilet. Have stayed in cleaner places for the same money. Overall wasn't a need to complain or change rooms. Otherwise everything worked. Friendly staff

I would like to apologize for your unfortunate finds in your room. I wish you would you would have let our staff know so that we could have taken appropriate actions at the time!! That is subpar conditions for our room and we like to hold our housekeeping staff accountable if their job is not done up to par!

I'm always very pleased with my stays at the quality inn north Evansville Indiana this hotel has the most wonderful and sweetest people I've ever encountered while staying at these hotels very friendly people the rooms are big and spacious very clean the bathrooms are big you don't hear anything from the rooms next to you the pool room was very well laid out very nice pool felt so good the breakfast area is very clean good breakfast always very well stocked at all times coffee is always hot and fresh great beds to sleep in this is the most cosiest hotel to stay at and very reasonable on the price check in and out was fast and easy very great front desk girls they are Tara and Kristie both whom are very sweet girls thanks you two for all your help and compassion and thanks to the owners they are wonderful people as well sonny and pritti

Not a good experience. The staff was pleasant but there were problems with the bathroom, the rooms smelled musty. A disgruntled employee walked past the front desk swearing & yelling. Did not feel safe went back to my room & the employee returned yelling so loud I could hear it in my room.

Worst hotel to stay
This hotel needs a complete overhaul as their wash cloth were in deep greyish color and looks like it was used to mop the floor with, the room was so old that part of wall was repaired but not pained. The room itself sprayed with heavy "perfume" and hardly can sleep through the night, the mattress were so terrible shape woke up with sore back and the bathroom fan is not functioning. The breakfast was a joke has no hot food except waffle. No meat and yogurt only has 3 to choose (I meant only 3 cups). It's one of the worst hotel for the price as I felt like slept through Motel 6 or worst contioned hotel.

The room was fine,hotel needed updating. The breakfast was terrible. My husband had a waffle and had ate half before he saw a black substance in it. Looked like mold. Manager tried to tell us it was something added to mix but i saw him take the container and wash it thoroughly. He never came back and said anything to us. Needless to say we didn't eat the next day!

The toilet seat was broken and caused both my husband and I to narrowly miss falling to the floor. No bath mat and water was leaking behind the wall of the bathroom vanity onto the floor. I wiped everything down with sanitizing wipes before we settled in. There was an accumulation of beer cans, bottles and cigarettes outside the trash can and grounds entryway. There was a distinct odor in the elevator and hallway. The overall appearance of the hotel was neglect and lack of caring and maintenance. No one should have to pay and stay in this facility. Rating is zero based on our experience. My husband and I are senior citizens and had travelled from NC on our way to MO. We were exhausted and our daughter wouldn’t have received a refund if we chose to go to another hotel. Our daughter should be refunded the entire cost from Expedia. You should remove this hotel from your booking site…it is disgusting! We were fortunate to stay in a very nice hotel on our return trip.

The place stunk very bad..the sheats where wet and stained..the pool area was so hot and the mold.was out of control..they need to shut the place down and clean for a bit..i would not recommend a stay here for anyone..

The air conditioner leaked water on the floor. The refrigerator was not working. They did replace it with one that did work. My parents room had a leaky toilet that had to be fixed. Breakfast was rather poor as well. The first day the waffle mix was gone by 8:30. The person wasn't around to ask to take care of this situation. When finally around the person seemed put out to make more. There wasn't any butter for the waffles that day either. There was limited napkins and plasticware. The owner arrived with bagels and bananas after we finished eating breakfast. The second day I brought my own milk, peaches, and cookies for breakfast.

Staff very friendly, room ok but around the pool lounge area leading to the courtyard was trashed up by broken down room air conditioner and laundry equipment also water damage to the ceiling of pool area.

The room needs renovation. Exposed on walls drywall filler Microwave needs replaced Bathroom is not acceptable Bathroom has cosmetic wear. Breakfast is very bland no real breakfast or choices.
