Great stay at Residence Inn!

Love Marriott brands but first time finally staying at a Residence Inn, and we loved it! The walk to the elevator was a bit much so we opted for the stairs which we discovered was right by our room and one of the exits. Overall, the decor is pleasant, the room and hotel is very well kept. Best vanity lighting everrr!!! And breakfast was decent too.

The front desk girls and the manager were very friendly and went out of their way to help us if needed. The rooms were nice that it was set up like a little apartment with a stocked full kitchen and a couch that had a pull out bed. I will definitely go back. Breakfast was hot and very good and it was slightly different each day which was great! My only issue was the pool floor was VERY slick. I seen kids fall a lot which scared me.

Our stay was perfect until we decided to check out. Hotel.com charged me for the room then when we tried to check out my credit card was charged another 180.00 by the hotel which the employee said it was not. She tried to help by calling hotel.com and they told her that they didn't send the card to them so they did it over the phone. I was double charged now I have to call the credit card company and try to get it off. I have never had this trouble before with hotel.com I am trying to decide if I ever want to use them again.
