Clean. Nice staff. Quiet. There aren't really any amenities other than the pool but we weren't looking for anything else. Lots of food at breakfast.

We like the thoughtful gift for our dog. Friendly front desk associates and other staff. Very good variety of breakfast. Room is very clean. We enjoy our stay and will recommend it.

When we first arrive to the third floor it smelled like cigarettes.

The hotel itself was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional with a high variety of hot breakfast dishes. The rooms were extremely clean with the cleaning staff giving great attention to little details. The beds were also extremely comfortable. The biggest reason for the two star review was the poor condition of the bathroom. The plug in the bathtub was ibroken and the drain cleanout was missing a screw and just hanging in the bathtub.The tops of the plugs in both sinks were broken off and left dangling. And worst of all, the toilet was so small and sat so low to the floor it was difficult to get up from. You had to use the sink countertop pull yourself up. It was almost like sitting on a log while you’re camping! I asked the front desk if the toilet was like this in all the rooms and she said yes. She went on to explain that this was a frequent complaint. If it wasn’t for the condition of the bathroom I would have highly recommended this motel. We definitely won’t be staying at this facility again.

There was no hot water available when we woke up in the morning for showers.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We did have one of our boilers go down first thing in the morning. We were able to have in back up and running an hour later. Once again I am very sorry for the inconvenience this had caused you. We hope to see you again in the future.

Nice location from the freeway. If though there was no Upper room available. The lower floor was nice and quiet.

I liked that it was close to work for me. it used to be much cheaper to stay at this hotel, so I didn't mind that it isn't the greatest hotel to stay at. Now, they have raised their rates by $30 and the quality isn't any better. A very low class "B" hotel and the staff isn't very friendly.

Red, I am very sorry that we didn't provide you with a 5 star stay. We did go through a small renovation replacing all case goods, as well as mattresses, and a full interior paint job. We do also try to keep ourselves competitive with our local market. I hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with a 5 star stay. Thank you!
