EWW! They didn't clean the bathroom.

I don't normally write reviews, much less bad ones. But this was bad. I travel for business a lot and don't need much. A clean room and wifi. The wifi was the only good thing. Check in was awful. Hotels.com confirmed my room and when I got there it "wasn't in the system, you need to call who you booked through". I use Hotels.com A LOT and never had this before. Got Hotels.com on the line and she was super nice and called the front desk, right in front of me. The conversation took forever as Hotels confirmed the hotel had confirmed and there it was. Took forever to get the lady to release a room. THen... no key. Wait for another lady to bring more keys up.
Finally get a room. Old and in need of updating including getting rid of the nasty old couch. Seriously, a cloth couch. Not sitting on that.
Slept good and went to take a shower. Still has the soap, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles from last guest. That's right. Didn't clean the bathtub. NO excuse for that.
Went down to the paltry breakfast for coffee and a bowl of cereal. Told the lady the problem and she said sorry. "Are you staying another night?" "No". "Oh, Ok, sorry"
