Don't use Expedia to reserve a room at this motel.

Posted Oct 5, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Could have been cleaner. Overpriced for what I got, compared to other motels I stayed at during this trip.
Location: Near the Boeing factory tour.
The motel had no record of my Expedia reservation, so I had to pay full price which was much more than I expected. This Econo Lodge wasn't as nice or as clean as the other two I stayed at during my vacation. I had to ask the desk clerk for ice - the room with the ice machine was locked.

Image and filthy

Posted Sep 22, 2016 on Hotels
The first thing I noticed when I got in the room was that it smelled like someone had just smoked weed. I then noticed that the door lock was broken and there were she's on the ac (despite the no smoking policy). The final straw was the chipped and dirty toilet and seat. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Better off sleeping in your car

A grubby, run down hotel. Blood stains on the sheets. Ripped towels. Lights not working. Frazzled and clue-less receptionist

Don't book for the breakfast.

Took several hours to get some extra towels and I had to go to the front desk otherwise I wouldn't have gotten any. Continental breakfast was a joke.

Filthy

Posted Aug 5, 2016
Boogers on wall, blood on walls, snot smeared on walls, spit on walls, dirty everything, all items in hotel are broken, chipped, has burn holes or filthy. Druggies selling drugs from bicycles in parking lot. I am appalled this is a legal facility it was so run down and just plain terrible. The pics I have are too large of files to upload onto this app but..

EWW! They didn't clean the bathroom.

I don't normally write reviews, much less bad ones. But this was bad. I travel for business a lot and don't need much. A clean room and wifi. The wifi was the only good thing. Check in was awful. Hotels.com confirmed my room and when I got there it "wasn't in the system, you need to call who you booked through". I use Hotels.com A LOT and never had this before. Got Hotels.com on the line and she was super nice and called the front desk, right in front of me. The conversation took forever as Hotels confirmed the hotel had confirmed and there it was. Took forever to get the lady to release a room. THen... no key. Wait for another lady to bring more keys up. Finally get a room. Old and in need of updating including getting rid of the nasty old couch. Seriously, a cloth couch. Not sitting on that. Slept good and went to take a shower. Still has the soap, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles from last guest. That's right. Didn't clean the bathtub. NO excuse for that. Went down to the paltry breakfast for coffee and a bowl of cereal. Told the lady the problem and she said sorry. "Are you staying another night?" "No". "Oh, Ok, sorry"

Booking issues, but otherwise what you expect

Posted Jul 28, 2016 on Hotels
I booked through Hotels.com over a month in advance but on arrival the EconoLodge had no record of the booking. As I had no phone the lady on the desk agreed to call Hotels.com, they confirmed the booking and gave her the rate to charge - that rate came out slightly more than on the booking, suggesting the booking problem was at Hotels.com's end. The room itself was as expected, this is a budget chain and it shows - the room was clean enough, the included breakfast basic, the pay-extra wi-fi had connectivity issues. You stay here because you need to be somewhere nearby and want a cheap place to sleep, it delivers.
