Book elsewhere!

The floors were so dirty they were sticky, it smelled like body odor and there was dust and dirt on every surface. The hotel must have known the room smelled because they had windows open and the fan on when we got there. Although we asked for another room, we were told the hotel was booked. Everything was very old and dated. We asked for the room to be cleaned and were told by the front desk that cleaning is only once per week and they didn't have anyone to assist at that time. I couldn't afford to stay elsewhere, so I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies so I could clean the room before I could unpack! The beds were like rocks and very uncomfortable. We booked this hotel because there is a kitchen. They don't tell you that it is empty, not one bowl, plate or utensil. Although there are items at the front desk, it is given out on a "first come, first served" basis. We were told all item were with other guests. Thus, we had to eat out for meals instead of prepping at the hotel. The breakfast served in the lobby is a joke and should not be called breakfast. It was (terrible) coffee and (stale) mini muffins. I had asked to speak with the manager upon departure but was told he wasn't there. I cannot stress enough that you should not book at this hotel. Run away!

Pros: Easy location to find.
Cons: Rooms could be updated.
Location: Easy location to find.
Room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Nothing very memorable.

Hotel was fine except for the continental breakfast there was hardly anything left by 8:30am

This place is not a Hotel but Short Term Housing

While the room was clean, it was just uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bars. And there are security issues, as all doors had extra metal plates and all guests need to show ID upon entering every time? Extremely overpriced for what it was.

Nice hotel easy access to freeway

Hotel is in good location near food and freeway. The one bad thing was we had a room with a pull out bed normally they leave extra sheets, pillow, and blankets in closet. This time I had to go ask the front desk when I got there they told me that they ran out of pillows and blankets. Other than that it was fine

Everything a Family Needs

Pros: Efficiency, Kind staff, Well equipped kitchen.
Cons: I would add a mirror in the tub room.
Location: Everett, WA is North of Seattle and South of the San Juan Islands. Very convenient location.
Perfect place for the entire family to call "Home" during a relocation move. We packed up the young ones and pets and moved here from when the house was being packed up until the moving van arrived.

It was ok. Not bad but not good either. Minimal breakfast, loud, broken toilet and uncomfortable bed.

Bring on the bugs.

All the extended stays. Smelled.l.theybhad a cheap lackluster breakfast. The last one in silver lake wouldn't spring for more coffee. Even though their was 45 min left for breakfast. You had to clean your wine room or wait a week. They were 30 cheaper .But the 30 would have been better spent on a decent breakfast. I'll never stay at one again. It's not too much to ask to get your room if you do go their look under the bad You'll see what the people before were up too. Mckay

Staff was too busy (really) to get things done.

There were no sheets or pillow for gold out bed. Call at 10:30. They said it would be 45 minutes. I called at 11:15-- they said to come to the desk to get them. I asked for a pillow for fold out bed, they said they would check. They did not have a pillow in the entire hotel we could have for the fold out. Not sure about some of the guests. No real breakfast.

It was good stay. It's near to Boeing factory so it was easy to commute. Out of Seattle so dont have to face too much traffic..
