Great location! Drove here for the Tulalip Casino and the Outlets and it’s only a 6 minute drive to them from the Holiday Inn Hotel! Check in time was at 3pm but the staff let us in 2 hours early which was greatly appreciated since we didn’t want to wait in the car with all our luggage. There’s plenty of food options near by and I’m so excited to spent the weekend here!

Extremely clean and well managed property. The pool was quite warm and enjoyable. Spacious and updated rooms. Terrific breakfast and delicious coffee. Will stay again when we’re in the area.

This was a nice stopping point on our trip north. It proved to be a great option for us to avoid downtown Stockton. And Jenna was extremely helpful in helping us deal with a reservation issue from a third party. “Thank you!” We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed there in January/2024, my car was broken into and things were stolen. No one cared. I was assured that parking lot was safe. I wouldn’t recommend staying there at all and I will not be staying there ever again. Terrible experience 😡

Very dissappointed in our overall experience at this property. Staff were very unprofessional and do not care about their clients. Extremely dissatisfied and when we tried to talk to them, management did not exist.

Excellent place to stay for families!
Hotel staff was very kind and helpful! Breakfast buffet was good and consistently replenished. Room was clean and quiet. Pool and fitness center were nice and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if passing through the area! Not a lot of parking due to other businesses in the same lot but it was fine.

Fan in the bathroom cycled all night , it was only supposed to be on when bathroom lights were on. Staff was helpful with getting hooked up to Wi-Fi.

We reserve the room mainly for the pool and hot tub and they waited until we totally checked in before telling us that the pool and hot tub were out of order. Was very disappointed! Feel we should have gotten a lower rate or been compensated somehow.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly & the hotel itself was very clean. It was raining that evening & the foyer got very slippery—no caution sign was displayed. I nearly wiped out. Can’t hear the highway traffic noise but the trains that came by at woke me up twice. The furnace noise is also quite loud. Not sure what happened but the fridge defrosted itself & I walked into a puddle of cold water. I do love the comfortable beds of IHG , would love to have one in my own bedroom.
