We stayed for the future of flight with two teens. Great location close to Boeing. It was safe area & clean hotel & staff friendly. I rated it a 4 bc breakfast was included but was only ok. Needed more selection like cereal, hash browns or potatoes. Other than that, it was great.

Very family friendly. The room is very spacious and clean. It has free parking for hotel guests and complimentary hot breakfast. The only little shortfall in the room is the window curtain. It can hardly block out the light from outside.But we definitely will return to this place.

The property was decent but stayed here because of the pool which was out of service. The floor that we were on was a smoking floor or use to be but no one would admit it, smelled terribly hard to breathe, we have Athsma and the hotel was not sympathetic rather in denial. For the money we paid for what was received felt like a complete rip off

We have worked very hard to eliminate all mention of our pool from as many booking sites as possible. I sincerely hope that our staff informed you that our guests have the option to use the pools of our nearby sister properties.Our property is in fact a non-smoking property on all floors, so I would like to assure you that you could not have been placed anywhere where smoking is permitted. We do take the issue of guests smoking in our rooms very seriously, and if that was not the response that you encountered, I wholeheartedly apologize.Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your experience. We will use your feedback in a manner that helps educate and train our staff in ways to improve our customer service. I have deposited 1,000 IHG rewards points into your account. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool area was not clean, the floor was disgusting with algae and cold. The hot tub was out of service. Hotel has the best breakfast and social hour at night, but they need to upgrade their wine, it was horrible.

No shuttle as advertised
hotels.com says that there is a shuttle from the airport. There is not, and the hotel does not care that hotels.com says there is. I had to pay $25 for an Uber and no one at the hotel cared.

This guest needed directions
This complaint/suggestion addresses only the lack of ease settling into our room. To begin with, I couldn't turn on many lights in the room and thought there was an electrical malfunction. When I called the desk they explained it to me. It turns out there is a slot next to the entry door that requires the key card be slid in to activate all the electricity in the rooms. Later, I found the the bedside clocks defaulted back to 12:00 and it took quite awhile to figure out how to re-set it. Also the silverware was incomplete (no forks),and the TV in the living room didn't work I think it's a gross oversight not to have a basic instruction sheet that's left on the coffee table, or maybe the kitchen counter for guests which explains how to address the electricity, explains to look in the dishwasher for clean dishes and to have all all electronics include an instruction sheet and ensure it's checked for proper functioning. Let me say, I think it's brilliant to shut off the electricity when the room is vacant. What an energy saver! But I must have called the front desk 6 times within an hour to get everything set-up properly. I was tired and stressed when I arrived at our room and it was disappointing to have to troubleshoot the moment I was ready to sit down, turn on the TV and relax.
