I stayed here a few nights , Very quick check in and check out, friendly staff, bed and pillows was comfortable, room was clean, fairly priced compared to everything else in area, I was able to check in early for free, overall everything was good and I will stay here again :)

Requested a 1st floor room...did not get. Never ever got hot water no matter how long I waited. Dryer broken in laundry room. Property is really run down. Inside of rooms have been updated a bit, but it is all very superficial. Would not stay here again, especially for the price. This is a $50 a night motel.

I was welcome to the hotel check in was perfect room was very clean and there was 2 bottles of water very nice from the staff .very family oriented highly recomend .awesome management and awesome housekeeping.washer and dryer on site which is very convinient .next time i will stay for more days.

The Hotel is very clean and staff invited me with friendly manner. I was so happy stayed in Belmont inn Hotel and I highly recommend to My Friends to stay here The hotel located in the middle of way to Key West a lot of beautiful beaches. The hotel is surrounded by Restaurants, Banks , Walmart Shopping mall it’s a convenient place to stay

I am enjoying Florida City, Homestead, Key Largo, Miami with my family. Because Belmont Hotel is perfectly located, we enjoy our vacations with ease. The staff at Belmont Hotel are friendly and the hotel's swimming pool and greenhouse are romantic ۔ Room and hotel cleaning is excellent. Best location for vacation enjoy with family and couple . Hotel full lights decoration, romantic environment, swimming pool, place for drinks wine, whiskey and dance. Hotel staff is family . For Real this is the place for family and hotel was very well maintained. Front Desk staff Yami was very good customer service And I enjoyed. Key Largo is nearby and Everglades is 30 minutes from the Hotel. Overall everything is fine .

The front desk people were not friendly unfortunately. They made us feel like we were a nuisance to bother them. The pool was not in use and that would have been nice to know ahead of time. They refused to give extra towels. The place itself is in fine working order except for the pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere is amazing. The level of customer service at this hotel is exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met with a genuine smile and efficiency. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. Cleanliness is paramount in my book, and they exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculate, and the common areas were consistently well-maintained. It's evident that the hotel places a high priority on hygiene and cleanliness. What truly impressed me, though, was the caliber of the staff. Each staff member I encountered was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and accommodating. They made me feel like a valued guest, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. There was dirty and hair in corners near the head of the bed and near the door. There was a spill stain on the wall under the sink by the trash can and under the pull out couch cushion in the suite. Staff seemed to not want to help resolve issues. We were happy to check out.
